Because looks aren't ALL that matters... but he literally does tons of conventions every year for fans, and judging by all the pictures people post showing that he stopped for them when they randomly spotted him in public, it shows how big of a heart he has for his fans!

His friendship with his co-star Jared Padalecki is actually friendship goals and should make you love him even more.
