Jenna Fisher Reminisces About The Days Of "The Office"

Do you ever miss the days of "The Office"? Do you find yourself going back to watch the series again and again? You are not alone. It turns out that, along with thousands of adoring fans, Jenna Fisher, former star of the hit comedy series, misses them too. She must be feeling particularly nostalgic this month because many of her recent Instagram posts have been tinged with nostalgia for the good old days of "The Office."

Fisher’s throwback journey on Instagram began with a shot of her and former castmate Angela Kinsey, who played fan-favorite stone-cold cat lady Angela. The pair was decked out in matching sweatshirts with the words “Beesly” and “Martin” emblazoned on the back. It turns out the two are very good friends in real life, largely different from their relationship on the show. The two have stayed in close contact ever since the show ended, and their friendship hoodies are keeping the spirit of "The Office" alive.

Another "The Office" throwback moment popped up on Fisher’s feed when she posted a clip of her and Martin powerwalking goofily in between shooting scenes of "The Office" years ago. The post was sprinkled with funny hashtags, making it clear to see that Fisher and Martin have fond memories of their time on set.

Fisher took to Instagram again to share a product shot of a mug that said “I feel God in this Chili’s tonight," one of Pam’s (Fisher’s character on the show) most iconic lines from the whole series. Pam drunkenly exclaimed this quote in her acceptance speech of her Dundie, a fan-favorite moment from the show.

The plot thickened when Fisher posted a snap of an episode of "The Office" that never made it to production called “Pet’s Day." Immediately, we can envision that Angela’s cats would be the butt of many jokes in that episode. This is exciting for fans of this award-winning show, as we would love to see a reunion of the cast. Fisher coyly suggested in the caption that the crew get back together again to bring the episode to screen.

Jenna’s next post really tugged on the heartstrings of fans of Jam (Jim and Pam’s relationship). Fisher posted a photo of her in her wedding dress, sitting on the set of Pam and Jim’s wedding in between scenes. Her costar Angela Kinsey snapped the photo, which is now a sentimental keepsake of Fisher’s. She said in the caption, “What a special episode! I kept the necklace after the shoot and I still have it.”

Finally, Jenna Fisher made a hilarious nod to the time Pam got banned from Chili’s after her drunken Dundies acceptance speech. She posed for a selfie outside of the popular chain with a sheepish face, and captioned it “Should I try to go in?” She also referenced one of her best lines from that episode with the hashtag #seconddrink, which refers to when she told Jim that when the ice melts in a drink and the water level rises its like a "second drink."

11 Things Summer Nannies Can Relate To

As a college student, being a nanny over the summer is both enjoyable and challenging. Underneath the seemingly perfect trips to the pool or countless hours spent playing Monopoly are the obstacles that only nannies will understand. Trading in your valuable summer vacation in return for three months spent with a few children less than half your age may seem unappealing, but so many moments make it rewarding. For my fellow summer nannies out there, I know you can relate.

If it hurts now, it'll hurt again. Not because you're gullible or naive, only because you fall fast, hard, and you do it every time.

We fall each and every time with the complete and utter confidence that someone will be there to catch us. Now that person we SWORE we were never going to fall for has our hearts, and every time we see them our palms start sweating. The butterflies in our stomach start to soar and our hearts are entirely too close to bursting out of our chests.

Yes, it IS a sport. Yes, I fall all the time. No, I do not ride in jeans with a cowgirl hat on.

Growing up I have always wanted to own a horse. My grandparents own a well known equestrian facility in Georgia, so I have been riding since I was born. A bond between a person and their horse is a bond so strong that it cannot be broken. Everywhere I went I wanted to be around horses, even forcing my family to go on trail rides during vacations. Horses have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember has taught me great responsibility, as well as 14 things that all equestrians can relate to.

College is super hard. Between working, studying, and having a social life, it feels like a struggle to just keep afloat.

I understand. When you feel like your drowning and there's no way to stay afloat I understand that it feels like everyone else is doing just fine. I understand all the frustration, long nights in the library, and that feeling that you want to just throw in the towel. I understand that sometimes it's too hard to get out of bed because your brain is already filled with too much information to remember. I understand because I am also feeling pretty burnt out.

No Matter How Challenging School Gets, You Have To Put Your Health First — A Degree Won't Mean Anything If You're Dead

Some of the best advice I've ever received was from my social studies teacher in sophomore year of high school. He stated, "If you don't know it at midnight, you're not going to know it for the 8 a.m. exam, so get some sleep."

It's such a simple piece of advice, but it holds so much accuracy and it's something that the majority of college students need to hear and listen to. "All-nighters" are a commonality on college campuses in order to cram in studying for an exam that is typically the next day.
