One of the top brands in the makeup industry this year has been Jeffree Star Cosmetics. As a fan of Jeffree's Youtube channel and a lover of makeup, I decided to order two of his products from his website, jeffreestarcosmetics.com. He has just launched his new limited holiday collection of liquid lipsticks and two new metallic liquid lipsticks are on their way into his collection. This is a very exciting time for his brand, and I figured that it was it was time that I got ahold of some fan favorites and try them out for myself.

Now, just a disclaimer. This article is in no way sponsored by Jeffree Star or Jeffree Star Cosmetics. I'm just a fan of Jeffree and his brand who wants to provide a review to those who have not yet tried his products. This is a completely honest review from someone with a love and passion for makeup.

First...the liquid lipstick...

Jeffree and his fanbase have been raving about how smooth, long-lasting, and gorgeous Jeffree's liquid lipsticks are since the launch of his company. I decided on ordering a darker nude shade called Celebrity Skin as it is a favorite among his buyers. I am officially obsessed! One swatch of this beautiful shade across my lips and I knew I was going to have to add more shades to my shopping cart. The feel and texture of this liquid lipstick is amazing and it wears like a dream. No smudging. No streakiness. No cracking. And to boot, the dry time is super quick. I love this! Retails for $18 plus shipping on his website.

Second...the lip scrub...

I'd been on the hunt for something to soften my lips during this cold winter season, and Jeffree had the perfect product. This sugar lip scrub not only buffs away any dead skin without irritation, but it also smells and tastes fantastic! I personally chose the flavor Pumpkin Spice Latte (because I'm basic). 10/10 would buy again. Luckily, these lip scrubs come in a fairly large container, and only a tiny amount is needed to get the job done, so it will last you quite a while. Also, it's only $12 plus shipping on his website!

Products I look forward to ordering...

Jeffree is known for always glowing when it comes to his makeup. His most popular highlighter, retailing for $29, is next to hop into my shopping cart. This classic is named King Tut.

After that, I'll be adding another one of his liquid lipsticks called Unicorn Blood to my shopping cart. This beautiful, deep red has been selling like crazy since Jeffree launched it. No wonder, it's stunning!

But, wait, there's drama...

Now, to spill the tea. Jeffree Star has recently posted a picture of his two brand new metallic liquid lips that I vaguely mentioned before on his Twitter, @JeffreeStar. Both shades are sure to be show stoppers, but the name of one of the new colors has started some controversial buzz. Jeffree has named one of his shades Pussy Whipped. Due to today's industry being highly politically correct and today's society getting bored with itself, this name has sparked a lot of hate and a lot of negativity towards Jeffree and his brand.

Personally, I believe that the shade name is very Jeffree. He's known for having no filter and using mature language (I mean seriously, have you seen his makeup tutorials?). Jeffree owns the dirty connotations he gives in some of his collection's shade names because the names reflect his own personality and language. I fully support this shade name as it is true to Jeffree's usual brand aesthetic and it gives a sense of female empowerment, which I dig. Don't like the name? Don't buy the product. Simple. However, I will definitely continue to support and purchase Jeffree Star Cosmetics.

I think the hardest thing about going away to college is figuring out how to become an adult. Leaving a household where your parents took care of literally everything (thanks, Mom!) and suddenly becoming your own boss is overwhelming. I feel like I'm doing a pretty good job of being a grown-up, but once in awhile I do something that really makes me feel like I'm #adulting. Twenty-somethings know what I'm talking about.

I went to a small high school, like 120-people-in-my-graduating-class small. It definitely had some good and some bad, and if you also went to a small high school, I’m sure you’ll relate to the things that I went through.

1. If something happens, everyone knows about it

Who hooked up with whom at the party? Yeah, heard about that an hour after it happened. You failed a test? Sorry, saw on Twitter last period. Facebook fight or, God forbid, real fight? It was on half the class’ Snapchat story half an hour ago. No matter what you do, someone will know about it.

Chandler Bing

I'm assuming that we've all heard of the hit 90's TV series, Friends, right? Who hasn't? Admittedly, I had pretty low expectations when I first started binge watching the show on Netflix, but I quickly became addicted.

Without a doubt, Chandler Bing is the most relatable character, and there isn't an episode where I don't find myself thinking, Yup, Iam definitely the Chandler of my friend group.

Working with the public can be a job, in and of itself. Some people are just plain rude for no reason. But regardless of how your day is going, always having to be in the best of moods, or at least act like it... right?

1. When a customer wants to return a product, hands you the receipt, where is printed "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" in all caps.

2. Just because you might be having a bad day, and you're in a crappy mood, doesn't make it okay for you to yell at me or be rude to me. I'm a person with feelings, just like you.

3. People refusing to be put on hold when a customer is standing right in front of you. Oh, how I wish I could just hang up on you!

RBF, or resting b*tch face, is a serious condition that many people suffer from worldwide. Suffers are often bombarded with daily questions such as "Are you OK?" and "Why are you so mad?" If you have RBF, you've probably had numerous people tell you to "just smile!"
