Celebrity news and drama is ever so prevalent today, in part because of social media. Their personal lives have become extremely accessible thanks to Twitter, Instagram and Snapchat and their willingness to bring us into their world. Once a celebrity posts something the world takes to social media to figure out what it all means. Fans and haters alike take the situation into their own hands helping it spread like wildfire with hashtags, tweets, comments, etc.
Just look at all the parties held on twitter this summer:

Recently Justin Bieber deleted his Instagram account. *Beliebers sobs heard round the world* Beliebers have followed him since the beginning, supporting and loving him (even though he hasn’t always been worthy of such support) … then this happened:

Fans post negative comments regarding his relationship with the 17-year-old.
Quickly becoming frustrated with his fans, Bieber edits the caption on a photo of the two in order to send a message to his fans: “I’m gonna make my Instagram private if you guys don’t stop the hate this is getting out of hand, if you guys are really fans you wouldn’t be so mean to people that I like.”

His fans were unimpressed and left feeling insulted. Cue hashtag #RIPBeliebers.

Selena Gomez posts a comment on Bieber’s Instagram defending his fans: “If you can’t handle the hate then stop posting pictures of your girlfriend lol — it should be special between you two only. Don’t be mad at your fans. They love you and supported you before any one ever did.”
Bieber and Selena feud on Instagram by commenting back and forth on his photo.
Fans take to twitter making #SelenaEndedJustinParty a trending topic.
Selena writes on Snapchat “What I said was selfish and pointless.”

Let Tuesday, August 16, 2016 be known as the day Justin Bieber deactivated his Instagram account, leaving his fans hanging and stranded, all because of a girl that probably won’t remain in his life.

Where are you now? Will Beliebers abandon the singer for good? I think it’s too late now to say sorry, Justin.
Meanwhile, all Kylie Jenner cares about is the fact that she is now the 5th most followed person on Instagram. I never thought I'd say this but let’s all try be a bit more like her.

Oh, and if you're really that upset about it (or just need a good laugh) follow Ellen DeGeneres on Instagram IG: theellenshow for her daily Bieber photo as she is now "the exclusive place for new Justin photos."
