If you are like me, you are dreading applying for jobs. Having to deal with perfecting your résumé, creating a flawless cover letter to make yourself stand out and attending interviews. This is the semester where you are figuring out what you want to do with your life after college. There is one thing that we need to get used to and that is getting rejected. Not every company will want to hire you and you need to understand that that is okay!! Do not beat yourself up over not getting a certain job because news flash, there are millions of other jobs out there. If you apply for your dream job and get rejected, do not sulk, get back out there and find another dream job. This article is not suppose to ruin your confidence about applying for jobs, it is more of an eye opener and bringing to your attention that this will happen to you. But hey, if you don’t get rejected from the jobs you applied to, then congrats!! Just know, that you just need to power through this part of your life and know that there is a company out there who wants to hire you. Do not give up and stay open minded about this job hunting process. Everything will turn out how you pictured. Good luck fellow workers of America!
