We all have those bad days where we just feel like the world is ending and everything is crashing down around us. I've been there. I know what it is like to have those bad days or rough few weeks and just wanting to crawl into bed. However, if you're feeling like this, I'm here to tell you, it's not as bad as it seems. You're strong and you can get through this.
First of all, surround yourself with positive, good people. Cut out the negative and toxic people who only bring you down and make you feel negative about life. Find those people who will dance with you to your favorite song, get pizza with you at 3 in the morning and make you laugh until you cry.
Keep those positive people close and then find the good in life again. Try new things. Do something you haven't done in a while. Sit outside in the sun. Read a good book. Whatever it is that will make you feel like you're you again, do it. Do something for you. Don't worry about anyone else, just do something fun and exciting for you and you'll feel a million times better.
Believe me, I know how easy it is to fall into this funk and feel like the world is crashing down. All you want to do is sleep. You feel like you can't do anything and nothing is going right. I know it seems impossible to believe it will get better, but it will. Everything will get better. I know It may not seem like it now. But, it will. You are strong. You are brave. You can do amazing things. You are doing amazing things. Find the positive things in life. Don't dwell on the negative things or the things that could have been. Think about what you have now and where you're going. I know things may not have worked out like you thought or gone as planned, but everything will get back on track. I promise.
