The bottom line is that everyone joins in, nobody says anything, but everyone seems to know somehow that something is wrong.
Since my time as a trainer, it has been more about leading groups, coaching managers and advising my clients. In these different contexts, I am dealing with group dynamics, expert status, and trust.
