Let's go back about ten years. I discovered the internet when I was in 4th grade. Since then, I've discovered a lot of things on there like chat rooms, virtual games, and MySpace. I want to talk about my very first chat room with you guys and how that all turned out.

I thank my cousin who used to babysit me for making me well aware of the chat rooms on the interwebs. Before texting was such a huge deal we used to use AIM to talk to one another (For you younger folk, that's AOL Instant Messenger). While I discovered that, I was talking to a bunch of my friends from middle school on there. I don't remember most of it, but you can imagine the most awkward conversations in the world happening on those chatrooms.

I was involved in more chat rooms than that though. I was involved with a chat room called chat888 and it was amazing! Imagine a 10-year-old boy discovering all the people from all over the world. I had friends from Brazil, Canada, France, and much more. I had to give up the chat room because it started to become dead as Facebook started rolling around. At that time I was still using MySpace and that was my only source of entertainment, I was 11.

You know what pissed me off the most? When my parents started using the internet blocker on me and my sister because my sister started using the interweb. It was then I actually was able to manage to do something that most 11-year-olds would never do. I hacked my mom's account. Well, that will be the first and only time I would do that because you have to remember this one simple rule: delete your account history as if you were never there. Because then my mom reset her password and I was back on the blocked internet.

Moving forward, I discovered new browsers, the first one I discovered was Firefox. Firefox was better for me because I had access to everything. On some of the newer models of the Windows 7, there was even Internet Explorer. At that time it was the coolest thing ever! I was around 12 or 13. It was on there that I started gaining interest in virtual worlds.

IMVU and Zwinky will always be my favorites because they are some of the best gaming sites I've ever been to. There you can make your own character have a mansion and you're a God of the game. However, I found a third one called Wizard 101, and all through middle school, I was able to go up to the fortieth level or so. I quit that when I went to high school.

Also in middle school, I discovered Facebook and it was the beginning of everything else that I was able to discover. However, not everything I discovered was always the best. But, I pretty much set my life around these sites and that's where I stand today.

As I mentioned in a previous article, I discovered The Deep Web as well. The Deep Web is the maximum level of internet discovery. At this point, I'm proud to say that I'm internet proficient. I'm hoping someday soon I can do more with it. Hopefully, I could go out there and use my mediocre skills of computer science in the business world. If you discovered the internet at a young age and know the components, you got a future ahead of you. Go for it!

18 Things I Want To Do Now That I'm 18

I'm technically an adult, so I'm legally required to live a little, right?

For the entirety of my high school career, I was always seen as the goody-two-shoes. I never got in trouble with a teacher, I kept stellar grades, and when I wasn't doing extracurricular activities, I was at home studying. Even when I did go out, it was usually with a bunch of fellow band geeks. The night would end before 11:00 PM and the only controversial activity would be a fight based on who unfairly won a round of Apples-to-Apples when someone else clearly had a better card (I promise I'm not still holding a grudge).

Now that I'm officially an adult, I want to pursue some new things. I want to experience life in a way that I never allowed myself to do prior to entering college. These are the years that I'm supposed to embark on a journey of self-discovery, so what better way to do that than to create a bucket list?

I've been super busy lately with school work, studying, etc. Besides the fact that I do nothing but AP chemistry and AP economics, I constantly think of stupid questions that are almost impossible to answer. So, maybe you could answer them for me, and if not then we can both wonder what the answers to these 15 questions could be.
