I am not one to prefer getting out of bed over getting out of bed, and I find it difficult to find anyone I know who doesn't agree with this practice. This is especially difficult when the thought of exercise comes about. When and how do people find the inspiration to get out of bed and exercise? I have had the recent fortune to find my inspiration in animals.

1. Monkey See, Monkey Do.

I personally do not have the flexibility to pull of this move, but this monkey, I wish I knew what type, is rocking this pose. Werk. It's like they're posing for Jack in Titanic.

2. You okay, Cat?

I mean, both the human and animal in this photo look like they're doing my favorite sleep position, so I guess I could get on board with doing this particular move.

3. Naturally.

I do not have the arm strength to execute this perfectly, but this turtle makes it look too easy.

4. I didn't just fall, I'm stretching!

Even though the Panda's not perfectly executing this pose, he looks so CUTE.

5. Stretchin' in the Mornin'.

6. Where ya' at?

I never have to wonder why these poses were named after dogs again.

I'm starting to get really jealous of these animals. All of these positions are just up their alley whereas I wobble and crack trying to get these right. Maybe with just a little practice, I'll look as natural as these guys do!

Raising the minimum wage to a livable wage would not only benefit workers and their families, it would also have positive impacts on the economy and society. Studies have shown that by increasing the minimum wage, poverty and inequality can be reduced by enabling workers to meet their basic needs and reducing income disparities.

I come from a low-income family. A family, like many others in the United States, which has lived paycheck to paycheck. My family and other families in my community have been trying to make ends meet by living on the minimum wage. We are proof that it doesn't work.
