All of the lights are on me now.

I've been silenced for too long and I've come too far in the music industry to allow society to tell me what I should and should not be doing.

My brother in success, Donald Trump, has been America's Villain for the last 12 months but still has yet to halt in his beliefs.

If the most-controversial president of all time can continue after being publicly disgraced by every TV Host in the country, I can be just as flagrant with my voice and thoughts.

"I've been a menace for the longest, but I ain't finished, I'm devoted." -BLKKK SKKN Head

My beliefs and my values have never reflected internalized racism but they've been perceived as "wrong" because our people are afraid to think different.

Yes, our people. Black folks. Who have been free physically but mentally enslaved.

We want to be heard, not felt.

We've become accustom to just speaking or tweeting but do they really understand?

I have no longer allowed brands, media outlets or anybody tell me what the fuck to do when I'm in their presence. My truth will be heard, and respected as everyone else's opinion is.

You can call me an egotistical asshole and I won't flinch because I'm okay in the mind-state I've grown into.

Look at everything I've touched...it's become gold. Now what?

I just made that n***** from TMZ famous, who wants to be next?

I'm making an example for the next generation.

Watch and learn trolls of my Twitter profile.

I've become the center of attention for millions of ears with a single sentence. Who else can do that?

Donald Trump & Kim Kardashian.

Lucky for me, I call these people family.

You can hate me all you want but it's guaranteed you still play "All Falls Down" when you need some motivation.

Yes, I did that. I made you hate me and love me in the same decade.

As I sit in quarantine from society, I've reflected upon a single theory.

A change in mind is not a change in heart.

My thoughts & values are always on a rollercoaster but my heart's ability to feel largely connected to a demographic of the ceased & silenced has never halted.

I still love Chicago. I still love my black men & women. I still think George Bush doesn't care about black people.

If you want to hate me for expressing my truth, I want you to give the same hate to every other rapper out here spitting what's true to them.

Don't emphasize me because I'm great.

Wayne said racism doesn't exist, how long did that trend on Twitter?

I am a God. I am the most influential artist of all time.

I will be felt, not just heard.

Me and Cudi got some shit coming, and no matter what I say...you'll still download it.

Who's the idiot now?

-Ye.

As college students, we are all familiar with the horror show that is course registration week. Whether you are an incoming freshman or selecting classes for your last semester, I am certain that you can relate to how traumatic this can be.

1. When course schedules are released and you have a conflict between two required classes.

Bonus points if it is more than two.

Raising the minimum wage to a livable wage would not only benefit workers and their families, it would also have positive impacts on the economy and society. Studies have shown that by increasing the minimum wage, poverty and inequality can be reduced by enabling workers to meet their basic needs and reducing income disparities.

I come from a low-income family. A family, like many others in the United States, which has lived paycheck to paycheck. My family and other families in my community have been trying to make ends meet by living on the minimum wage. We are proof that it doesn't work.

As an English Major in college, I have a lot of writing and especially creative writing pieces that I work on throughout the semester and sometimes, I'll find it hard to get the motivation to type a few pages and the thought process that goes behind it. Every college student knows and understands the struggle of forcing themselves to continue to care about school. Between the piles of homework, the hours of studying and the painfully long lectures, the desire to dropout is something that is constantly weighing on each and every one of us, but the glimmer of hope at the end of the tunnel helps to keep us motivated. While we are somehow managing to stay enrolled and (semi) alert, that does not mean that our inner-demons aren't telling us otherwise, and who is better to explain inner-demons than the beloved April Ludgate herself? Because of her dark-spirit and lack of filter, April has successfully been able to describe the emotional roller-coaster that is college on at least 13 different occasions and here they are.
