Going through recruitment is similar to "The Bachelor" in several ways, but instead of competing for a rose from the hunk Ben Higgins, you are competing for a bid from your favorite house. Through both of these experiences there are girls who cry about everything, girls who are psychotic, and girls that are just plain b****es. Going into recruitment is just like competing for the bachelor, keep your hopes high and you will be rewarded at the end. Lets just say each girl has a… unique personality and this is where they should rush:

Alpha Chi Omega: Amanda

Amanda makes a great first impression with being a fun-loving mom. She did not enter the competition with just her kids in mind, she did it for herself. Just like an Alpha Chi Omega, she is secure enough in herself to know what she wants and is willing to fight for it. She is focused and determined but also has a heart of gold. This is shown through her response when asked what she would do if she won the lottery, “I would buy a big house by the beach and adopt babies and dogs.” Same girl, same.

Alpha Delta Pi: Becca

Becca, long time no see girlfriend. She earned the runner up spot in Chris’ season but was invited back because Ben caught the feels while watching her season. She took the competition by storm because just like an Alpha Delta Pi she is extremely competitive. Also Becca is extremely strong in her pledge to wait until marriage to have sex (snaps to you Becca). Just like ADPi’s her pledge shows she is extremely strong willed and know what she wants out of life, so sending lots of Pi love to Ms. Becca Tilley!

Alpha Gamma Delta: Samantha

Samantha is the ideal Alpha Gamma Delta sweetheart. I mean, she graduated law school in the top 20 percent of her class (takes bow). Alpha Gam’s have the reputation of being smart, sweet girls with their heads firmly on their shoulders. Samantha is very family oriented and in order for Ben to fully steal her heart he needs to get mom and dad’s approval.

Alpha Omicron Pi: Caila

This girl is so interesting! Just like an Alpha Omicron Pi sister, a conversation with Caila will never have an awkward pause. She is very secure in herself and knows what she likes/ dislikes. She is quirky to the point of perfection and able to admit openly that she is a closet nerd. Her occupation is the same as Ben, so there will definitely be enough to talk about on their one on ones. Is this enough for her to get the final rose?

Alpha Xi Delta: Lace

From the moment she stepped out of the limo Lace has been an absolute firecracker. Just like an Alpha Xi Delta, Lace will tell you like it is and owns it when she does. She might come off as a little bit of a trouble maker but girls just wanna have fun, right? She has a caring heart and good intentions to match her killer personality. Also just like an Alpha Xi gal she is able to laugh at herself and still has killer confidence.

Chi Omega: Lauren B.

This girl can best be described as a breath of fresh air! This season has had its fair share of drama but just like a Chi Omega Lauren keeps all of that mess at an arms length, and has her eyes on the prize. She has such a warm and relaxed personality. Unlike some of the more high maintenance personalities on the show, this contestant is a chill girl from Cali that is destined to steal a few hearts.

Delta Delta Delta: Breanne

Breanne possesses one critical characteristic to be a Tri Delta: confidence! This girl is secure in herself and has enough sass for everyone. Even though "The Bachelor" is all about finding love to last a lifetime — this girl is all about loving yourself first, and having killer confidence. Because lets face it what is better than a girl with that attitude while going through recruitment? Forget roses from Ben! Breanne would have a bid from every house!

Delta Gamma: Laura

Laura is an absolute sweetheart! Even though she was one of the first ones to leave, she left a lasting impression, just like a Delta Gamma. Her red hair made her stand out and when she spoke you couldn’t help but smile. She has a sweet introvert personalty with a great sense of humor. When asked what is something she couldn’t live without her response was simple, “sunscreen”. This shows that just like a Delta Gamma she is secure in herself and can laugh about anything.

Delta Zeta: Tiara

Just like a DZ lady, Tiara has a firecracker personality. She leaves a lasting impression from the second she is introduced, and lets all agree- she was the contestant that we talked about after the premiere of the show. Tiara can carry on a great conversation and has a lot to say, which makes her well liked amongst the other contestants. Just like DZ’s obsessions with turtles is obvious Tiara makes her obsession with chickens well known!

Gamma Phi Beta: Jojo

This girl is the definition of fun and would make the perfect best friend, just like a member of Gamma Phi Beta. I mean she loves wine, pizza and Jesus (the perfect combo). She is an outgoing girl with a creative personality and a free spirit. She is very spontaneous and stress free. The reason she has lasted this long in the season is because she is easy going and a total catch.

Kappa Alpha Theta: Mandi

This girl made a splash in the show when she stepped out of the limo with a rose on her head! This girl left a lasting impression on the viewers, just like a Theta lady does on everyone around her. Also the fact that she is a dentist is very impressive and just like a Theta she slays when it comes to her grades.

Kappa Delta: Lauren H.

Lauren H. is the classic Bachelor contestant. She is a kindergarten teacher, from California, and listens to '90s music. A classic contestant for a classic sorority. Kappa Delta has been taking over college campuses ever since it was founded, just like how Lauren is taking over the competition. She is a classy girl who loves to have fun and loves to have a good laugh.

Kappa Kappa Gamma: Jen

This girl is the definition of Kappa Kappa Gamma! She is fun loving, has a positive attitude, and is up for an adventure anytime! She is creative and has an excellent taste in music. Also just like a Kappa Kappa Gamma, she has a creative spirit and cares for others. The fact that she has her own business shows her independence and strengthens the fact that she is Kappa Kappa Gamma material.

Phi Mu: Leah

One word to describe Leah: daredevil. This is also the perfect word to describe the members of Phi Mu. These girls love to have a good time and what is more fun than twerking on a wall in your bridesmaids dress, right Leah? She is bubbly, perky, and sweet just like the perfect Phi Mu sweetheart. So Leah, will you accept a bid instead of a rose?

Pi Beta Phi: Amber

Hey what's up hello, Amber? Welcome back! This season returner has made her mark on several shows and is well known. She has left a lasting impression on every show with her fun-loving personality. She has an adventurous spirit just, like a Pi Phi, and makes everyone feel important.

Sigma Kappa: Jubilee

Just like the members of Sigma Kappa Jubilee is the definition of smooth. When she first steps out of the limo she oozes confidence, which is what every member of Sigma Kappa does. She left a lasting impression on Ben with her perfect sense of humor and her “chill” nature. She is super flexible with her lifestyle from moving around so much since she is a war veteran. Maybe this is exactly what Ben needs.

Zeta Tau Alpha: Emily and Haley

Although these girls list their occupation as twins they are both #flawless. The twins balance each other out and make a perfect team, just like the members of Zeta Tau Alpha. They are both queen bees, so what is more perfect for them than a sorority with a crown as a symbol?
