If you're like me, you haven't been to any states that are in a different time zone. You get jealous when you hear everybody say "I went to Vegas for my birthday!" Or, "I went to Mount Rushmore over spring break." Or how about, "My family and I just booked a vacation to Disney Land." You think to yourself, "I've always wanted to go there." However, you may not know this, but there are some pretty amazing things to see and do, right in your own backyard! So, without further a due, here are some of the top travel getaways along the East Coast!

Myrtle Beach? Well, yeah, it's a beach. But it is so much more. I went to Myrtle Beach, a few years ago for my cousins wedding! The beach was beautiful, but the one thing I will never forget is "Broadway at the Beach." With rides, shops, places to eat you can't not come here. Go have lunch at Jimmy Buffets Margaritaville where you can watch the huge Margarita Volcano explode! Then take a ride on a Beach Rider Jet Boat! It's an experience that you won't want to miss!

Boston? It's a city. That means lots of stores, shops, eateries and sightseeing! One attraction in Boston that is not like most, is the Duck Tour. The Duck Tour is something that is fun for the whole family! Hop on this boat for a couple of hours and you will be in both land and in water! You'll learn a lot about the history of Boston while having fun doing it. Don't forget to let out a good "quack" if you see a fellow duck boat go by! Also, if you're brave enough, you can even drive the Duck Boat while its in water! When you're done, don't forget to head over to The North End where you can pick from tons of Italian Restaurants!

Vermont? Home of maple syrup. Beyond tradition and history is Bromley Mountain! Bromley Mountain is definitely a one of kind place to be! Take a jump on the trampolines! Have fun on the self controlled alpine slides! If you're feeling very adventurous, take a trip down the Zipline! Spend hours of fun at this one of a kind adventure park!

New York City? The city that never sleeps! Beyond the Broadway Shows and the 6 story Macy's, there's something more important. The 9/11 memorial is a fairly new memorial and it is absolutely breathtaking. Learn more about what happened on that day with taking a trip to go see this museum! Also, the pools are astoundingly built and it is a great place to just go and think!

Saranac Lake? You've never ridden a bike exactly like the ones on the Rail Trail Experience! Pick from 2, 4 or 6 seater bikes and enjoy a 7 mile bike ride; all while seeing some of the prettiest sights! And don't think you will play Pokemon Go while on this! It's forbidden! After your bike ride, make sure you go see the Ski Jumps up in Lake Placid. The actual jumps that were used in the Olympics in 1932 and 1980!

So there you have it! Some of the best things to see and do on the East Coast! All for a reasonable price!

If I have learned one thing in my lifetime, it is that friends are a privilege. No one is required to give you their company and yet there is some sort of shared connection that keeps you together. And from that friendship, you may even find yourself lucky enough to have a few more friends, thus forming a group. Here are just a few signs that prove your current friend group is the ultimate friend group.

When it comes to television, there’s very few sets of on-screen siblings that a lot of us can relate to. Only those who have grown up with siblings knows what it feels like to fight, prank, and love a sibling. Ross and Monica Geller were definitely overbearing and overshared some things through the series of "Friends," but they captured perfectly what real siblings feel in real life. Some of their antics were funny, some were a little weird but all of them are completely relatable to brothers and sisters everywhere.

College is a great place to meet people, especially through Greek life. If you look closely at sororities, you'll quickly see there are many different types of girls you will meet.

1. The Legacy.

Her sister was a member, her mom was a member, all of her aunts were members, and her grandma was a member. She has been waiting her whole life to wear these letters and cried hysterically on bid day. Although she can act entitled at times, you can bet she is one of the most enthusiastic sisters.

Every kid in college and/or high school dreams of summer the moment they walk through the door on the first day back in September. It becomes harder and harder to focus in classes and while doing assignments as the days get closer. The winter has been lagging, the days are short and dark, and no one is quite themselves due to lack of energy and sunlight. Let's face it: life is ten times better in the summertime.
