8 cheap ideas to decorate your living room

In times of crisis we have to look very carefully at what we spend the money, so today we will continue in the line of ideas "low cost" to decorate or redecorate the living room or living room of your apartment, apartment or house with ideas that are original, ingenious and, above all: cheap.

REMOVE THINGS FROM THE CABINET

I do not know if you have noticed, but the textiles, dress a lot, and we are not talking about the bedding, or the covers, or the cushions of the sofa. If you have a blanket with a nice pattern, leave it on the sofa, armchair or a chair and it will work as a decorative element.

MAKE MANUALITIES

DIY is the best way to decorate your home with original, exclusive and unique elements without spending just money. Of course, you have to have some time and be crafty. In this way, we can use two ideas. The first is to customize a cushion by stitching a few words over it, with felt, for example. The second is to make a kind of abstract watercolor, based on spots, and frame it. You're an artist!

PAINT WALLS AND FURNITURE

Really, if you are bored in the living room of your house, there is nothing to redecorate it like painting a wall or several of another color. It gives a totally different atmosphere and you hardly spend 20$ if you buy the paint in a cheap establishment. You can also paint a piece of furniture of another color (yes, make sure it is a wood that can be painted, and, if not, put a layer of primer before you start). For example, you can paint a dresser or a stool. Do you think?

BRING OUT THE BEAUTY OF THE EVERYDAY

As we have seen with the blanket, the elements of our daily life can be very beautiful and we can use them as decorative elements, as, for example, our collection of boots or even the coats of our family members. Look for beauty in day to day and you will find couches on Amazon.

CREATE A SMALL MUSEUM

Do you feel like playing at being a museum curator? Set aside a dresser for your house for small figures and objects that have come to your home in the most different ways (souvenirs, gifts, inheritances ...). If you have nothing, take a walk through a thrift store and you will find very curious objects for little money. The combination of all of them will make your dresser or showcase a unique place.

PLANTS

Indoor plants never fail, it's a fact. They dress any table or any corner of the house by themselves. They are beautiful and we can play with putting a pot to them so that they still look more. They are one of my favorite elements and make our house a home closer to nature and more distant from an exhibition of furniture.

CHANGE SITE BOOKS

I suppose if you are a literary man or a literate, like us, you will panic when you see your books in a fireplace or in a place that overlooks the bookshelf or the library. Even so, we must recognize that, although it is not a decorative element, they work very well as such, especially if they have a beautiful and careful binding. Contextualizing them creates a striking and bold effect. For the purists, you can start with magazines and catalogs.

MOVE AND COLLECT THE FURNITURE

Surely your mother, your aunt or your grandmother or did: change furniture on site whenever they were overwhelmed or tired of their house or flat. It is a classic that never goes out of fashion and that is fine to change the house and without spending a penny. Try to redistribute the tightness: you will take surprises, you will see.

Everyone has to take them, and yes, unfortunately, they are inevitable. But just because they are here and inevitable does not mean they’re peaches and cream and full of rainbows. Surviving them is a must, and the following five phases are a reality for all majors from business to art, nursing to history.
