Halloweekend: one of the best weekends every college student looks forward to. Unfortunately, it's one of the most dangerous weekends health-wise during the COVID-19 pandemic! Here are some ways to still have fun while keeping safe!
- Grab some popcorn and watch a Halloween movie
- Turn on Halloweentown, Casper, Hocus Pocus, or even have the classic Disney Channel Original Movie Twitches or Mom's Got a Date With a Vampire! Or if you're feeling really in the spirit of horror, It, Annabelle, The Conjuring are sure to give you a fright! Then, microwave some popcorn, and enjoy the movie. :)
- Paint a pumpkin
- Pumpkins are being sold everywhere: Walmart, Target, pumpkin patches! Pick one out, grab some newspaper, paintbrushes, and fun fall colors to paint on your pumpkin. It's a lot cleaner than carving! Get creative!
- Make Spooky Treats
- There are tons of sweet treats to make this Halloween season without it getting too tedious or messy! Here is a link to some easy sweet ideas without an oven!
- Have a dance party
- Plug in your bluetooth speaker and blast Monster Mash, Thriller, Ding Dong! The Witch is Dead, The Ghostbusters Theme, and so many more!
Be safe this Halloween, and have a blast!
