The other day I was sitting with a couple of friends and we started reminiscing about shows we used to watch during the MUCH simpler times of our lives. From weekend cartoons to after school television programs, that part of our childhood development was clutch. I wish they would either have re-runs on of some of those shows or decide to upload them to Netflix so that we could transport back in time to have a laugh or experience ourselves as little kiddos again.

Here I have scrounged together a handful of TV shows that have really stuck with me and I have found myself craving to watch. Let me know if any of these hit home or if I have missed any that you loved!

Chalkzone

Boy, did I wish I was friends With Rudy Tabootie. Rudy's magical piece of chalk would transport him to Chalkzone, a place where everything drawn with the chalk and then erased would become real. Mr. Tabootie, you are too cool.

Totally Spies!

Sam, Alex, and Clover- the secret agents that we don't deserve! Working for WOOHP (the World Organization of Human Protection) and its leader Jerry, these agents kicked butt.

Dragon Tales

"I wish, I wish, with all my heart, to fly with dragons in a land apart." Max and Emmy would sing this rhyme to their enchanted dragon scale (which I always thought was a fancy lookin' stone.. but I am mistaken) and be suddenly off to Dragon Land with Ord, Cassie, Zak and Wheezie. What a squad.

Rocket Power

I think we should all take a vacation to Ocean Shores, hit up the Shore Shack and catch some air with Otto and Reggie. This kids were living the dream. Reggie's camo pants along with Sam's shark helmet gave me life.

Hey Arnold!

This show. The best. Remember the episode where that really cool kid made friends with Arnold simply because of his football shaped head? So that he could fit through that rectangular window of the electronic store to steal? Killed me. Also, still need to learn Arnold and Gerald's handshake...

Bear in the Big Blue House

So cute. Each of these characters had my heart. Ojo the bear cub and Tutter the mouse were the cutest. The computer game based on the show was also the place to be!

Codename: Kids Next Door

Kids Next Door, Sector V here to save the world. Numbuh's One, Two, Three, Four, and Five fighting crime against kids such as homework and flossing. Nothing scared me more than The Delightful Children from Down the Lane. So creepy.

Camp Lazlo

An optimistic spider monkey named Lazlo, and Indian elephant named Raj, and an albino pygmy rhino named Clam at Camp Kidney, what more do you need? This show was hysterical.

Teen Titans

Robin, Starfire, Cyborg, Raven, and Beast Boy- bless. Ya know, screw this new Teen Titans Go crap. The older version is CHOICE! I wonder if they'd be game for accepting a 5th member?

Stanley

THIS WAS MY SHOW! When I was little, I made my own Great Big Book of Everything, just like Stanley's. The bond he had with his pets was incredible. This show needs to come back or re-runs must be played. It is too good for kids these days not to know what is it.

Honorable Mentions:

Figure It Out, Even Stevens, Dexter's Laboratory, Avatar: The Last Airbender, Courage the Cowardly Dog, Danny Phantom, The Adventures of Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius, The Wild Thornberrys, Rugrats, All That, Kenan and Kel, Kim Possible, The Proud Family, Drake and Josh, The Amanda Show, That's So Raven, Magic School Bus, Arthur, Clifford the Big Red Dog

I think the hardest thing about going away to college is figuring out how to become an adult. Leaving a household where your parents took care of literally everything (thanks, Mom!) and suddenly becoming your own boss is overwhelming. I feel like I'm doing a pretty good job of being a grown-up, but once in awhile I do something that really makes me feel like I'm #adulting. Twenty-somethings know what I'm talking about.

I went to a small high school, like 120-people-in-my-graduating-class small. It definitely had some good and some bad, and if you also went to a small high school, I’m sure you’ll relate to the things that I went through.

1. If something happens, everyone knows about it

Who hooked up with whom at the party? Yeah, heard about that an hour after it happened. You failed a test? Sorry, saw on Twitter last period. Facebook fight or, God forbid, real fight? It was on half the class’ Snapchat story half an hour ago. No matter what you do, someone will know about it.

Chandler Bing

I'm assuming that we've all heard of the hit 90's TV series, Friends, right? Who hasn't? Admittedly, I had pretty low expectations when I first started binge watching the show on Netflix, but I quickly became addicted.

Without a doubt, Chandler Bing is the most relatable character, and there isn't an episode where I don't find myself thinking, Yup, Iam definitely the Chandler of my friend group.

Working with the public can be a job, in and of itself. Some people are just plain rude for no reason. But regardless of how your day is going, always having to be in the best of moods, or at least act like it... right?

1. When a customer wants to return a product, hands you the receipt, where is printed "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" in all caps.

2. Just because you might be having a bad day, and you're in a crappy mood, doesn't make it okay for you to yell at me or be rude to me. I'm a person with feelings, just like you.

3. People refusing to be put on hold when a customer is standing right in front of you. Oh, how I wish I could just hang up on you!

RBF, or resting b*tch face, is a serious condition that many people suffer from worldwide. Suffers are often bombarded with daily questions such as "Are you OK?" and "Why are you so mad?" If you have RBF, you've probably had numerous people tell you to "just smile!"
