I love seeing perfect on-screen relationships. They give me hope and I feel overjoyed seeing them work out. I have watched a lot of television shows and movies in which perfect couples were portrayed. Here are some of my absolute favorites.

1. Meredith and Derek Shepard - "Grey's Anatomy"

2. Jim and Pam Halpert - "The Office"

I just finished watching "The Office" completely through and my obsession with Jim and Pam is so real. He is the perfect example of how every girl wants to be treated and more. They are so perfect for each other and they have been since the beginning of the show.

3. Chandler and Monica Bing "Friends"

This is a couple I never envisioned happening on the show "Friends," but this show is one of my top three favorite television series of all times. Monica and Chandler were so unexpected, but they worked so well together.

4. Jesse and Becky Katsopolis - "Full House"

I have watched this show since I was a little kid and, even at a young age, I saw how great Uncle Jesse and Becky were, both on their own and together. They have huge hearts, especially for the girls and their own kids. They exemplify true family values and I find their relationship beautiful.

5. Chuck and Blair Bass - "Gossip Girl"

Spotted: Chuck and Blair together once again. Will their love last this time?! Chuck and Blair's relationship is a roller coaster of love and hate. They go back and forth the entire series and they always keep viewers on their toes.

6. Allie and Noah - "The Notebook"

"If you're a bird, I'm a bird." "The Notebook" is a beautiful, cheesy love story that will always bring us girls to tears when like when we are already sobbing and eating chocolate over a boy. Everyone has their ups and downs in relationships and if that person is meant to be in your life, they will no doubt come back when you least expect them too.

7. Rachel and Ross - "Friends"

Rachel and Ross is the couple we all wanted to see together in the end. Ross was in love with Rachel since high school, so, it was fate that they somehow ended up together for a little while. He cares endlessly about her and they are both really great for each other.

If you have not watched any of these television shows I highly recommend you doing so in your free time. They are fantastic shows and movies in every way possible. You will fall in love with the characters forever.

New year, new semester, not the same old thing. This semester will be a semester to redeem all the mistakes made in the previous five months.

1. I will wake up (sorta) on time for class.

Let's face it, last semester you woke up with enough time to brush your teeth and get to class and even then you were about 10 minutes late and rollin' in with some pretty unfortunate bed head. This semester we will set our alarms, wake up with time to get ready, and get to class on time!

And so it begins.

1. Walk in motivated and ready to rock

Camping out at the library is not for the faint of heart. You need to go in as a warrior. You usually have brought supplies (laptop, chargers, and textbooks) and sustenance (water, snacks, and blanket/sweatpants) since the battle will be for an undetermined length of time. Perhaps it is one assignment or perhaps it's four. You are motivated and prepared; you don’t doubt the assignment(s) will take time, but you know it couldn’t be that long.

December... it's full of finals, due dates, Mariah Carey, and the holidays. It's the worst time of the year, but the best because after finals, you get to not think about classes for a month and catch up on all the sleep you lost throughout the semester. But what's worse than finals week is the last week of classes, when all the due dates you've put off can no longer be put off anymore.
