Whether someone stumbles into your path for a day, a week, a year, or even simply for a moment, that person has made an impact in your life one way or another.Many of these moments, just like the many people we meet come and go without us ever realizing what truly was in front of us. These are people with stories, morals and lives that deserve to be told and expressed among others. Just a few words can make all the difference. With that being said some of these amazing people that have expeirenced worthwhile moments and lessons share those stories with the rest of us. These are the AME's of Odyssey.

What do you believe stands in the way of so many people and their goals and aspirations?

"There are so many factors that come into play and stand in the way of accomplishing goals: lack of experience, age, fear. So many people hide behind these excuses and that's why they don't see success, but it's what you do to recognize those factors as merely speed bumps.

I wake up and I don't think about how I'm only 22, this is my first job out of college and all the bad things that can happen throughout the day. I wake up and think about how I'm 22, I work for a company that is changing the media industry and how I'm going to put 110% in absolutely everything I do.

Stay confident and don't make excuses. Hold yourself accountable and you'll achieve so much -- no matter how small." Kellie Mason

What is the biggest obstacle you have faced in your road to proffesional success?

"I see the forest before the trees, therefore, I'm always looking five steps ahead and wondering why I'm not there instead of reveling in where I'm at and the strides I've taken to get here. Appreciating where I'm at instead of always focusing on where I'd like to be is something that I'm trying to teach myself. Though, one of my favorite excerpts from Mary Schmich's, "Advice, like youth, just wasted on the young", helps humble me when that frustration hits. 'Sometimes you're ahead, sometimes you're behind. The race is long, and in the end, it's only with yourself.'" Amanda Pena

What pushes you to continue to reach greatness?

"A sense of overcoming problems and a true desire to help other people around me. These are two values that were instilled in me by my mother at a very early age -- to the point where they almost feel innate to me. I'm extremely solution-minded so when I see a problem, I get excited thinking of ways to fix it or work around it. I also know that if I'm able to solve something for myself, I'll be able to roll it out to other people who have been struggling with the same issue, but don't have the tools to make it right.

Odyssey is an extremely collaborative environment - I learn from my coworkers all the time, so it makes me so happy when I can teach them something that will help set them up for success." Kema Christian-Taylor

If you were to have a conversation with one person from any period of time real or fake who would it be and why?

"Dr. Emmett Brown from "Back to the Future." He would fly up to my apartment window in his DeLorean and say, "Where to, Lindsay?" "To the past!" Off we go, to my younger years where I can tell little Lindsay to fly to London and befriend a man named James Corden. "Make him swear that he will let you guest star on Carpool Karaoke. One day, he'll understand."

"Now, back to the future, Doc."

Present day: I get that much-awaited call from my now long-time friend James Corden, who invites me to chauffeur Justin Bieber around for his new Carpool Karaoke gig."

What is your greatest passion?

"My greatest passion in life is my relationships.

My relationships with my family, my boyfriend, my friends, coworkers, and my relationship with God.

Life to me is all about these relationships, even with the stranger on a subway car sitting next to you.

Life is about how you interact, treat, listen to and learn from all of these people in your life and what you might teach them in return.

All of these relationships, be it God or that stranger, are reflections of you and can either tear down or inspire and build up others making the world a scarier or better place. It is up to you." Magen Sanders

One Book Made Me Question Existence In Its Entirety

"The Stranger" by Albert Campus touches upon many heavy elements... but not in the way you expect. Although it touches upon the aspects of death and love, it also deals with a hidden philosophy similar to that of nihilism.

The story follows the short life events of Meursault, a Frenchman whose carelessness for his actions eventually ends him in jail and dependent on a jury of people to judge the ethicality of his decision and the punishment that he deserves. He eventually gets the death penalty and all throughout he is nonchalant and almost apathetic towards his situation. He finally snaps when the prison sends a priest to him to absolve him of his sins and to cajole him in confessing to the lord.
