Waves of wonder smooth over my shore,
fantasy and reality I yearn to explore.
Salty spray caresses my face,
miles and miles of my sandy hiding place.
Creatures below and hovering above,
coexistence at its finest but not quite love.
Looking out at the vast blue sea,
I ponder the possibilities of what I can be.
My thoughts collect and form a riptide,
and without a whisper I can confide.
My ocean may change and shift overtime,
but waves will still appear and I will call them mine.
