How do you feel about the end of 2016? Or the beginning of 2017?

Some might say that 2016 was quiet the year. From the presidential election to Beyonce's release of Lemonade. The world has seen it all. As 2016 comes to a close, many people tend to reflect on the good things, the bad things and everything in between. From a psychological stand point, people tend to reflect on their lives to see how far they have come, what goals they have reached and how to make their lives better for the next year.

While many people are excited to get rid of 2016 and bring on a new year there are always somethings that don't go as planned. The first of the year, always seems to shed more positive light on people's lives.

A here comes the long strand of New Years Resolution. Everyone claims they will have and stick to their New Years Resolution, but they are always more difficult then it may seem. The question everyone faces at this time of year as to what their new years resolution is going to be. And do they really work? The top New Years Resolution are eat healthier and to loose weight and while more then half will probably fail in the first few weeks, but those first few weeks everyone is at the gym. Everyone seems to go nuts in that time period.

So my tip for everyone is just being happy and healthy!

So whether you are happy 2016 is over or sad to see it go, everyone is always striving for bliss.

Everyone tells you that college is hard, but they fail to explain why. Sure, classes are hard. Math sucks, and political science can be so boring. But that's not even what's killing me about college. What's killing me about college is my deterioating mental health.

As a college student, I feel as if people don't understand just how exhausted I, and fellow college students are. We have so many things going on, all the time, and sometimes it's hard to explain to people how we feel. Personally...I'm tired. I'm sad. And I'm struggling every single day with my emotions. But the thing is, it hasn't always been this way. I haven't always hated school, so why am I feeling like this now?
