If you’re like me and you suffer from having uncomfortable, dry skin, then learning about how to keep it saturated and healthy is very necessary. Not doing so can cause early wrinkles, skin breakage, and irritation.

Over time, if this is not attended to, it can even cause severe stretch marks. Disgusting. Here are 5 ways to treat your dry skin with the utmost care:

1. Vaseline or thick lotions

2. Hydration

I cannot state this enough. If you suffer from having dry skin then you must hydrate yourself from the inside out. In fact, having dry skin may just be a product of not hydrating yourself on a daily basis.

3. Minimize Shower Times

It is best to minimize your shower times when having dry skin. Although one must keep clean, one must also try to preserve the natural oils that the skin produces instead of excreting them. Getting the job done in 5-10 minutes is better preferred than a one hour, scorching hot bath. Preserve those natural oils!

4. Room Temperature is Important

5. Maintain a healthy lifestyle

Overall, the most important thing to do is to just maintain a healthy lifestyle. If one is able to have a balanced diet, proper hydration, well-being, and great habits, then the road the recovering dry skin is sure to come.

People are slowly becoming accustomed to the dual use of these names, but for the most part, in their minds they associate certain names with certain sexes. And that leaves those of us with these names in many awkward situations.

pale girl

Everyone has insecurities, that's just a fact. You didn't ask to be born this way. You didn't ask to inherit the one trait no one else in your family has. And you definitely didn't ask to be this ghostly white. But as soon as you've learned to live with it for a while (less wrinkles later on in life, right? right???) someone has to ruin it for you. They have to flaunt they're perfectly tanned body from Spring Break and hold their sun-kissed skin against yours. But I've had enough... here are the things that perpetually pale individuals are tired of hearing.
