If you are like me and have a different Spring Break than everyone around you and therefore haven't got anything exotic or great planned, don't fret - you can still enjoy and make use of your Spring Break in the comfort of your own home.
Take a mental break
It's a given that college brings about an ethereal feeling of stress and responsibility; that is why Spring Break is the perfect buffer period to recollect and recover before tackling the final homestretch of the semester!
Visit some new places in your state
Going somewhere you've never been before shouldn't have to require going out-of-state or out-of-country; try and search for a place, whether it be the mountains, the beach, a restaurant, and so forth, that you have never had the time or opportunity to visit. If you've already exhausted that itinerary beforehand, then visit a place in your home state that you've only been to once or twice.
Go to local places that make it good to be home
Before you know it you'll be back at college and may find yourself missing home. Do things that used to be part of your routine before departing for college like going to local restaurants and doing things you can't do back at college.
Knock out assignments that are due after break
Before you know it you'll be swimming in assignments and tests, so save yourself the stress and get a head start so you don't feel stressed on the last day of break, and so you can finish the second half of the semester strong!
Plan out your Summer
If you are anything like me, then you like to plan ahead. Make plans so that by the time summer comes around, you won't be sitting idly at home wasting the days away when you could have been doing something fun, productive, new, and adventurous.
