Need repairs or a replacement for your HVAC system? How do you know you're hiring the right company for the job?
To know you're leaving the job in good hands, here's what you need to know.
Read Reviews
A good HVAC company will have lots of glowing reviews. Don't be too concerned about seeing a couple of negative ones--not everyone's experience is the same.
In fact, there should be a couple of negative reviews. Too many positive ones makes the company seem fake.
Ask for Estimates
While a company shouldn't be able to give you an exact amount of how much you'll pay (every situation is different), they should be able to give an estimate. This estimate will be based on what you tell them is wrong with your system.
But they'll only be able to give you an actual price once they evaluate what's wrong and what labor was involved.
Know Their Experience
You want to make sure the company and the employees are up to date with the latest technology. And, the technicians hired should have completed a couple of jobs already. If they're sending someone in training, a professional should be there with them.
