Finals week- one of the most stressful weeks you will endure throughout your high school/ college careers. This is the week many of us experience mental break downs or shut down entirely. Yes, finals are important. No, they are not worth losing your sanity over. Here are somethings to keep you sane over finals week:

1. Study Breaks

This, by far, is the best thing you can do for yourself. Trying to retain information when you've already fried your brain will do you no good. So when you need a break, take it. Your brain will thank you.

2. Get enough sleep

I know that seems almost impossible these days but you can not continue to wear yourself out. Your body needs rest to function properly.

3. Netflix

Watch your favorite show on Netflix and take an hour or two to just chill.

4. Eat a good meal

Do not, I repeat do not let your body run on fumes. Getting enough sleep and eating a good meal go hand on to keeping your body energized and ready to tackle those exams.

5. Laugh

Laughter is often the best medicine, grab some lunch with our friends that week and laugh a little. Your life will not revolve around how you did during finals week.

Being single can be great and awful at the same time. Yeah, it's awesome to have time to yourself to figure out who you are and make your own decisions. Taylor Swift in orange dress playing a moss-covered piano on stage with bright lights.

A three-and-a-half-hour runtime. Nine Eras. Eleven outfit changes. Three surprise songs. Zero breaks. One unforgettable evening. In the past century, no other performer has put on an electric performance quite like Taylor Swift, surpassing her fans ‘wildest dreams’. It is the reason supporters keep coming back to her shows each year. Days later, I’m still in awe of the spectacle ‘Miss Americana’ puts on every few days in a new city. And, like one of Taylor’s exes, has me smiling as I reminisce about the memories of the night we spent together.
