To The Spiritually Lost, Here Is The Most Important Question To Ask Yourself
Laura Supnik

It’s quite simple actually, the most important question you can ask yourself is…how do you want to feel?

It’s a question I feel like we never ask ourselves or ask others. We are always asked “how do you feel” and the two questions make a world of a difference.

During the small break in which I haven't been writing articles, I have been trying to get in tune with my spiritual side. It’s been such an amazing journey with literally just myself, and I can't wait to see what more is in store. I know it’s only the beginning of my recent discoveries but I want to start publicly documenting them for anyone that interested in learning about themselves from a different perspective more.

I have usually kept my spiritual writing to myself because sometimes what works for you doesn't work for everyone but recently I have seen such a beautiful positive change in my life and I feel like the best thing I could do is share.

After watching an abundance of videos that were feeding into my obsession with better health and spiritual healing, I came across this exact question from my new favorite spirit junkie, Gabrielle Bernstein. I honestly thought about it for a while. I feel really good but what I WANT to feel?

After pondering the question for a minute, I instantly knew I wanted the feeling of success - a feeling that can’t be achieved without the continuation of hard work and manifestation. And by success, I mean but small victories and long-term success!! I believe it is so important to ask yourself this question now rather than later and really use it as a guide in your life. Use it as a little checkpoint to make sure you're still on the path you would like to be on. Make the most of a simple question that has the power to benefit you infinitely.

You may not always have control of the situations you are in but you can always control how you ultimately feel and the outcome.

Another thing that I believe goes hand in hand with this topic is connections and signs because once you're able to ask yourself this question, you can truly manifest your outcome. Sometimes you’re going to feel lost or unable to have these connections and the reason for that is that you're not open enough these feelings. You have to be open to anything and everything that the universe is providing you and once you are, the connections, feelings, and signs are endless.

Also, as amazing as it is to have a lifestyle this zen and filled with intriguing information that you discover daily about the energy of the world and yourself, know that it is okay to not always feel your best. We are only human and the world works its way naturally through you.

This was a very broad example of a series I’m really interested in continuing!! Hopefully, you could count this as your sign ;)

I went to a small high school, like 120-people-in-my-graduating-class small. It definitely had some good and some bad, and if you also went to a small high school, I’m sure you’ll relate to the things that I went through.

1. If something happens, everyone knows about it

Who hooked up with whom at the party? Yeah, heard about that an hour after it happened. You failed a test? Sorry, saw on Twitter last period. Facebook fight or, God forbid, real fight? It was on half the class’ Snapchat story half an hour ago. No matter what you do, someone will know about it.

Chandler Bing

I'm assuming that we've all heard of the hit 90's TV series, Friends, right? Who hasn't? Admittedly, I had pretty low expectations when I first started binge watching the show on Netflix, but I quickly became addicted.

Without a doubt, Chandler Bing is the most relatable character, and there isn't an episode where I don't find myself thinking, Yup, Iam definitely the Chandler of my friend group.

Working with the public can be a job, in and of itself. Some people are just plain rude for no reason. But regardless of how your day is going, always having to be in the best of moods, or at least act like it... right?

1. When a customer wants to return a product, hands you the receipt, where is printed "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" in all caps.

2. Just because you might be having a bad day, and you're in a crappy mood, doesn't make it okay for you to yell at me or be rude to me. I'm a person with feelings, just like you.

3. People refusing to be put on hold when a customer is standing right in front of you. Oh, how I wish I could just hang up on you!

RBF, or resting b*tch face, is a serious condition that many people suffer from worldwide. Suffers are often bombarded with daily questions such as "Are you OK?" and "Why are you so mad?" If you have RBF, you've probably had numerous people tell you to "just smile!"

While this question trend can get annoying, there are a couple of pros to having RBF.

Yify

Another day, another Elle Woods comment. Can’t us blondes get through the day without someone harping at us over the typical stereotypes about who we are? I never understood why a person was judged based upon the hair color they were born with, or the hair color they choose to have (unless you dye your hair blue like Kylie Jenner, I’m still trying to understand why that’s a trend). Nevertheless, as it should be assumed, not everyone is the same. Not all blondes like bright colors and Lilly Pulitzer, and not all blondes claim to identify with Marilyn Monroe. I think the best suggestion to give to people before they make such radical claims is to stop judging a book by its cover. Or in this case, stop judging a blonde by her hair color.
