My homecoming dance is coming up, and I can't wait to see what this year brings. From creative homecoming floats to the exciting dance, this time of year always brings a school together.

If you're not sure how you're going to get through the special week, here are a few tips on how you can make the most out of your homecoming!

You need to get excited!

Having a positive attitude can literally change everything around you. Your homecoming week should be a fun experience so get pumped up for the football game and dance coming up. With a good attitude in mind, you're going to see the bright side of homecoming week. While dressing up for spirit days, try to think of the most creative outfits so that you and your friends can not only have fun but also look fashionable while doing it.

Get ready with friends!

On the day of your dance, try to get together with some of your friends before and get ready together or go out to eat. It's a lot more enjoyable getting ready when you're playing music, dancing and laughing with your friends.

Actually dance!

When you finally arrive at the dance and you're on the dance floor standing in a circle with all your girlfriends, don't be shy! Remember to let loose and just have a great time. You only have a limited number of homecoming dances so make the most out of every single one.

Although you'll feel awkward at first, it's only a matter of time before everyone around you starts dancing to the music and you won't feel so alone anymore. I hope you have a great homecoming this year and make the most out of every single moment!

I'm technically an adult, so I'm legally required to live a little, right?

For the entirety of my high school career, I was always seen as the goody-two-shoes. I never got in trouble with a teacher, I kept stellar grades, and when I wasn't doing extracurricular activities, I was at home studying. Even when I did go out, it was usually with a bunch of fellow band geeks. The night would end before 11:00 PM and the only controversial activity would be a fight based on who unfairly won a round of Apples-to-Apples when someone else clearly had a better card (I promise I'm not still holding a grudge).

Now that I'm officially an adult, I want to pursue some new things. I want to experience life in a way that I never allowed myself to do prior to entering college. These are the years that I'm supposed to embark on a journey of self-discovery, so what better way to do that than to create a bucket list?

I've been super busy lately with school work, studying, etc. Besides the fact that I do nothing but AP chemistry and AP economics, I constantly think of stupid questions that are almost impossible to answer. So, maybe you could answer them for me, and if not then we can both wonder what the answers to these 15 questions could be.
