The day dreaded by many is coming up and everybody is in a rush to get a date for the special day. Valentine's day has decorated the stores with heart-shaped boxes of chocolate and rose shaped candies since close after Christmas, depressing those who don't have a special someone to share the day with. People in relationships start getting stressed out about what they are going to get their significant other. If you are one of the people that don't have a valentine (or even if you do), here are some things you can do to get the best valentine ever.

Step one: Go to netflix.com

This is where you will pick your Valentine.

If you already have an account, skip to step four. If you don't have an account, click "Join free for a month."

Step two: select the quality

Pick how high quality of a valentine you want.

If the valentine is just for you, the basic one should be good, but do whatever you feel. You could always start with the premium for your free month and switch it to basic before the free month is up. ;)

Step three: give 'em your digits

Give your new valentine your digits (email actually, but same idea)! You also will make a password so the valentine will be fully committed to you. You could share it with other people, but that is completely up to you!

After you give this info to your valentine, you have to give them your payment info. Remember, you get one month free, and then you have to pay $7.99-$11.99, but that is still cheaper than a human valentine is every month.

Step four: enjoy

You now have your own valentine! It will always be available to spend as much time as you would like, and won't care if you leave it alone for days, weeks, or even months at a time. If you decide you want to end things, you can do it online without talking to anybody! Easiest valentine ever.

Extra optional steps:

1. Get a fuzzy blanket to keep you warm as you watch your favorite shows and movies all day and night.

2. Go buy some food. TV + food = happiness. Chips, ice cream, cookies, candy, chocolate, etc. All will make your valentines day experience very enjoyable.

3. Put on some comfortable clothes. This valentine doesn't care what you wear, so dress in a way that you will be the most comfortable.

4. Invite somebody over to watch Netflix with you! You can invite somebody you like, a friend, or even an animal to spend this special time with you.

Whether you are going to spend Valentine's day by yourself watching Netflix or watching Netflix with a loved one, have the best day ever and make sure you are happy and enjoying yourself!

6 Signs You Are An English Major

There are various stereotypes about college students, most of which revolve around the concept of your major. Unfortunately, we often let stereotypes precede our own judgments, and we take what information is immediately available to us rather than forming our own opinions after considerable reflection. If I got a dollar for every time my friends have made a joke about my major I could pay my tuition. One stereotype on campus is the sensitive, overly critical and rigid English major. Here are six telltale signs you are one of them.

27 Things 'The Office' Has Taught Us

"The Office" is a mockumentary based on everyday office life featuring love triangles, silly pranks and everything in between. It can get pretty crazy for just an average day at the office.

When you were little, your parents probably told you television makes your brain rot so you wouldn't watch it for twelve straight hours. However, I feel we can learn some pretty valuable stuff from television shows. "The Office," while a comedy, has some pretty teachable moments thrown in there. You may not know how to react in a situation where a co-worker does something crazy (like put your office supplies in jello) but thanks to "The Office," now you'll have an idea how to behave ifsomething like that should happen.

Here are just a few of the things that religious Office watchers can expect to learn.

Being pre-med is quite a journey. It’s not easy juggling school work, extracurricular activities, volunteering, shadowing, research, and MCAT prep all at the same time. Ever heard of “pain is temporary, but GPA is forever?” Pre-meds don’t just embody that motto; we live and breathe it. Here are 10 symptoms you’re down with the pre-med student syndrome.

High School And College Sucked All Of The Fun Out Of Reading

Books were always about understanding for me, about learning the way someone else sees, about connection.

High School And College Sucked All Of The Fun Out Of Reading

I keep making this joke whenever the idea of books is brought up: "God, I wish I knew how to read." It runs parallel to another stupid phrase, as I watch my friends struggle through their calculus classes late at night in our floor lounge: "I hope this is the year that I learn to count." They're both truly idiotic expressions, but, when I consider the former, I sometimes wonder if there's some truth to it.

One Book Made Me Question Existence In Its Entirety

"The Stranger" by Albert Campus touches upon many heavy elements... but not in the way you expect. Although it touches upon the aspects of death and love, it also deals with a hidden philosophy similar to that of nihilism.

The story follows the short life events of Meursault, a Frenchman whose carelessness for his actions eventually ends him in jail and dependent on a jury of people to judge the ethicality of his decision and the punishment that he deserves. He eventually gets the death penalty and all throughout he is nonchalant and almost apathetic towards his situation. He finally snaps when the prison sends a priest to him to absolve him of his sins and to cajole him in confessing to the lord.
