If you are anything like me then you definitely know how to have a good time when it comes to being around some of your favorite people.

My friends that I've kept since high school we have these holidays that we've renamed our drunk holidays.

Drunksmas, Drunksgiving, Drunksdependance day, etc.

Here are my day-after tricks for those nights that got just a little bit out of hand

1. Hydro flask, Hydro flask, Hydro flask

Fill this bad boy up and put it on your nightstand before you go out and once you get home at 3 am it'll still be ice cold

2. Food

You will be way better off if you eat before you hit the hay. Getting something in your stomach to soak up all that alcohol will help you in the morning.

3. SLEEP

4. Stay away from those fruity fun drinks

The sugar will kill ya. The sweeter and quite frankly better tasting the drink the more likely it's all sugar and will give you a killer headache the next day.

5. Moderation

Always remember. Balance is key. Balancing going out with your workouts will help you feel the best you can. Your body loves you so love it back.
