Heartbreaks happen to just about everyone in their own lifetime. The first time you get your heartbroken is the worst and it can put you at your all-time low. You start to feel like you aren't good enough and you can become very depressed depending on the situation at hand and how deep the heartbreak is. I have found a couple ways to cope with heartbreaks and to relieve yourself of all the stress and depression. We all go through these tough, terrible times in our lives, but we all gotta get through it at some point. At times they are just unavoidable and just happen when you least expect them to happen, especially when you don't want them to. There are really no remedies that heal heartbreaks but I am here to give you some ways on how to cope with them and their side effects.

The main true way to cope with heartbreaks and to somehow get over them is to just give it time. Honestly, time heals all and is the main way to cope with heartbreaks in the right form. You may not like the outcome that giving time does and the outcome of the situation that brought out the heartbreak, but things happen for a reason. If it was meant to be it will find its own way. Giving time to the situation will give you some relaxation and stress-free thinking to process all that has occurred. You need time to mend that broken heart. There are some studies that show that a broken heart can lead to death. No one wants to end there life over something that just couldn't work out.

Another way to cope with a heartbreak would be to exercise. Playing sports or even just going for a run can help. In doing so, this can set your mind at an easier pace and can help drain your mind, body, and soul of the heartache that keeps haunting your presence. Sweat off the stress and do your best. Nothing better does your mind justice than getting it back on track with doing something productive that does beneficial wonders to your own well being. Finally, by following these ways I have given to you, you can see some beneficial results that can help you feel a million times better instead of sulking. Also, by letting the depression just get you to the point where you feel you are not good enough or to the point where you feel like there isn't any point in living anymore.

I think the hardest thing about going away to college is figuring out how to become an adult. Leaving a household where your parents took care of literally everything (thanks, Mom!) and suddenly becoming your own boss is overwhelming. I feel like I'm doing a pretty good job of being a grown-up, but once in awhile I do something that really makes me feel like I'm #adulting. Twenty-somethings know what I'm talking about.

I went to a small high school, like 120-people-in-my-graduating-class small. It definitely had some good and some bad, and if you also went to a small high school, I’m sure you’ll relate to the things that I went through.

1. If something happens, everyone knows about it

Who hooked up with whom at the party? Yeah, heard about that an hour after it happened. You failed a test? Sorry, saw on Twitter last period. Facebook fight or, God forbid, real fight? It was on half the class’ Snapchat story half an hour ago. No matter what you do, someone will know about it.

Chandler Bing

I'm assuming that we've all heard of the hit 90's TV series, Friends, right? Who hasn't? Admittedly, I had pretty low expectations when I first started binge watching the show on Netflix, but I quickly became addicted.

Without a doubt, Chandler Bing is the most relatable character, and there isn't an episode where I don't find myself thinking, Yup, Iam definitely the Chandler of my friend group.

Working with the public can be a job, in and of itself. Some people are just plain rude for no reason. But regardless of how your day is going, always having to be in the best of moods, or at least act like it... right?

1. When a customer wants to return a product, hands you the receipt, where is printed "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" in all caps.

2. Just because you might be having a bad day, and you're in a crappy mood, doesn't make it okay for you to yell at me or be rude to me. I'm a person with feelings, just like you.

3. People refusing to be put on hold when a customer is standing right in front of you. Oh, how I wish I could just hang up on you!
