Work out with a purpose, you don’t always have to eat with a plan. I just wanted to say something to open people’s eyes a bit more if they want to make a change…Seriously… I know how it feels to be insecure, to not want to take your clothes off at the beach, to laugh but feel hurt when someone makes a joke about looking chunky, etc.

Waking up and feeling like you could be better or do better... Well, stop waiting for tomorrow and start now. Do not crash diet and think you need to starve yourself or eat only healthy. No, you can eat whatever you want, just eat accordingly and stay committed to your lifestyle with working out… Don’t avoid eating for days as well or do a ridiculous amount of cardio to speed up the process, because it does not work that way. You want to make a life change? eat according to your goals. Take it one step at a time, slowly get yourself accustomed to eating healthy.
work out with a purpose, a purpose to reach that point where you are finally happy with yourself where nobody/nothing will bring you down because your happy just the way you are. slowly but surely you WILL get to where you want to be, TRUST the process. Once you see results it becomes an addiction!
