Breathe in. Breathe out.
Meditation, many have heard of it, but has any tried it? Sitting in one spot for 10 minutes or even hours seem like it would be a waste of time but in reality, it has completely changed in the best way possible. With guiding music and voice overs, it is extremely easy to get into.

Once my college classes became harder and I felt like I was drowning in stress, I figured I had to do something about it. I remember how in high school I tried to meditate to relieve some stress, but I never kept up with it. I thought why not give it another go in college? At first, I felt awkward trying to sit still and focus on my breathing. I always have a thought running through my brain so getting those to shut up was my first step. After the first time, it seemed like it didn't help but by the third week of meditating everyday, I felt free from my stress.
Given I still stress out over classes, exams, and life in general, for the 10-30 minutes I meditate, it was about myself and nothing else. I know it seems hard to just "let go" in your busy life but we all need a break from our problems eventually. Taking time to focus on ourselves can improve our mental health and physical health. American University did a randomized study on their own college students. They took 298 students, split them up and sent some to meditation. After three months, they saw lower blood pressure and low hypertension.
We all tend to forget that our brain is an organ that also needs to be taken care of. If our brain can't function properly, we can't either. I highly urge you to take some time and meditate. Even as little as 5 minutes can make a difference in your day.
