Sometimes you just need your time, away from contact of the outside world. Your partner may not understand that though.

.5. They're Always Trying To Get You To Say What's On Your Mind

Small talk, especially that of your inner most thoughts is always super difficult.

6. Introductions Are Super Awkward

While you enjoy your close knit group of friends, introverts tend to have a lot more friends. That means many, many introductions. Again, small talk isn't your thing.

7. Their Family May Think You're Rude

You're not rude, you just don't like speaking much. And sometimes that can be hard to comprehend to certain people that isn't your significant other.

Whether it be going to this new hit club, or bringing you to this amazing band you really haven't heard of before, you always attend. Why? Because sometimes you don't have a choice.

9. They Can Always Rescue You From Social Situations

Once again, you hate small chat. So when you're stuck in public, talking to some person you don't know, it freaks you out. Or even sometimes stuck in a large crowd of people and you don't know what to do or where to go. But don't fret, your partner senses your distress and swoops in to the rescue.

Most importantly, they know you better than anyone else. They understand your awkwardness in public, your alone time, their one sided conversations, and the small dates you want. This means they're always willing to help you, even if they're not used to it. All the ask is for you to do the same, and you wouldn't have it any other way.
