Spring Break is just around the corner! Here are some things that I do to get ready for it.
1. Buy some cute (and cheap!) bathing suits.
I love Zaful and Asos for cute and cheap swimwear. Nothing makes me feel more confident than rocking something that I know looks good on me.
2. Eat a little bit healthier than usual.
I don't believe in crash dieting, especially to prepare for an event or vacation, however, cutting back on the sugar and salt definitely helps with bloating and will make me feel my best when I am in a bikini all day.
3. Avoid foods that make me feel and look bloated.
Everyone has different foods that they are sensitive to. The week leading up to Spring Break, try to cut back on those foods that bloat you. For me, eggs, broccoli, and dairy are foods that I will be avoiding right before my trip.
4. Hydrate!
Staying hydrated is important all the time, but especially when you are going to be spending hours in the sun!
5. Don’t stress!
Remember that Spring Break is supposed to be fun and relaxing. If you are not in perfect shape, it's ok. Just enjoy your time!
