As spring semester is coming closer to an end, the stress is not slowing down. It's like spring break cannot come fastenough. Assignments after assignments... It won't end. The stress continues to come at full swing. So, what do you do when you have to control your stress? Follow these three easy steps.

1. Take down time.

Yeah, you might have five tests or one that you need to study for, but that does not mean you can't take a small break. Watch an episode of your favorite show, take a hot bubble bath with that stress relief soap, or even read a book. However you relax, do it. Give your brain time to soak in all that important information, and don't try to over load it. Take time for yourself to rest and re-energize.

2. Sleep.

It might be hard obtain the full 8 hours asleep every single night due to the hard study/ school load. But take that nap that you're dying to have. It will help your brain slow down and process the information at hand. Sleeping not only helps your brain process, but it also gives your body the energy to continue trudging along. When in doubt, nap it out.

3. BREATHE.

Here comes my cliché option: breathe. Life can be really stressful, especially when spring break is around the corner and professors are adding on to their assignments. Breathing helps calm your nerves and relax your body. It helps release the tension buildup and might even help anxiety.

When you find what works for you to help reduce the end of the semester stress, go for it. Even if you did fail, take a nap. It's well deserved. Don't worry—summer will be here faster than we think.

"The Office" is a mockumentary based on everyday office life featuring love triangles, silly pranks and everything in between. It can get pretty crazy for just an average day at the office.

When you were little, your parents probably told you television makes your brain rot so you wouldn't watch it for twelve straight hours. However, I feel we can learn some pretty valuable stuff from television shows. "The Office," while a comedy, has some pretty teachable moments thrown in there. You may not know how to react in a situation where a co-worker does something crazy (like put your office supplies in jello) but thanks to "The Office," now you'll have an idea how to behave ifsomething like that should happen.

Here are just a few of the things that religious Office watchers can expect to learn.

High School And College Sucked All Of The Fun Out Of Reading

Books were always about understanding for me, about learning the way someone else sees, about connection.

High School And College Sucked All Of The Fun Out Of Reading

I keep making this joke whenever the idea of books is brought up: "God, I wish I knew how to read." It runs parallel to another stupid phrase, as I watch my friends struggle through their calculus classes late at night in our floor lounge: "I hope this is the year that I learn to count." They're both truly idiotic expressions, but, when I consider the former, I sometimes wonder if there's some truth to it.
