I know I wrote about Chance a couple of weeks ago, but Chance has done it again. Again, he has done something that no one expected from him. Chance released his music video to song ‘How Great.’ The video was shot on an iPhone in what looks to be a studio. The video is raw and genuine, there is not lip synching—he recorded the song again just for the video.

I think I liked this version a bit more than the recorded version on Chance’s “Coloring Book” album. To me, it is easier to understand the message. It could be because the video is so raw that it is a bit slower and I can understand the lyrics better. I was able to understand the message of no matter how big your belief is in God, something great will come out of looking up to the man above. Chance credits God for his success and he should. God gave his talent and the knowledge of how to market his talent to consumers without a label behind him and without going about it in the traditional way. Watch the video, it’s great and you will love it (hopefully).
