While this article does not suggest you stick your dick in a vacuum cleaner, there exists an eminent device known as a vacuum pump with which to pump up your dick like an inflatable tube guy at a car dealership. Turn your penis into a literal bottle rocket, naginata, or sniper rifle with a vacuum penis pump. Vacuum pumps are most useful for treating erectile dysfunction, but these pumps may also address cosmetic concerns, of course. Primarily, vacuum pumps suggest how to make penis bigger. Using these devices for long periods of time will do more harm than good. Enduring usage for extensive periods of time is just going to damage your body, and you ultimately need to treat your penis as well as the rest of your body. Just because a diet might be in order does not mean that you should crash diet.

Men experience best results when using a vacuum pump three times a week for 20-minute sessions, though this yields only a 0.3 centimeter increase after six whole months at best. The vast majority of men enjoy no increase in length. Generally, the satisfaction rate for this device is fairly low.

While the vacuum penis pump may be difficult to visualize, the following instructions may shed a bit more light on how the device transforms your dick into the Hindenburg. When you finish up with your partner, take it out and put it inside the empty cylinder, forming a seal against where your shaft meets your groin. Use the battery-powered or manual pump to suck out all the air (hence vacuum), and wait to achieve an erection. By maintaining this seal, more blood flows from your heart to your throbbing endowment, and blood is very important for maintaining a stable erection. There is more blood in a throbbing erection than there is in a baby bunny. In theory, this encouragement of blood flow will force the penis to increase in size.

As you might immediately discern, doing this for a long enough time may damage the circulatory system or the nervous system. Think pins and needles. Do you really want to feel like you sat on your own dick for 30 minutes?

Surgery

If this process makes you a bit squeamish, there are other ways to address a small endowment, one of which is surgery. Yes, you can schedule surgeries to increase the girth or length of your penis. Let’s begin with lengthening surgery.

If you want your penis’ length to rival that of a Kubrick film, then consider penile lengthening surgery. Now, this surgery lengthens you in a superficial way. The penis does not actually become longer, but the “lengthening” is achieved by cutting the suspensory ligament that attaches the base of your penis to the pelvic bone. Once this piece of connective tissue is severed, then skin is moved from fleshier parts of the body to the base of the penis. This surgery simply allows for more of the penis to be more visibly exposed. Only the appearance of greater length is achieved, but at a half an inch, that is enough to make anyone more confident. The singular caveat is this will make erections less stable and more likely to break. Maybe take a pass on shower sex from now on, if you decide to go through with the surgery. More fundamental possibilities are infection and scarring.

The dick-thickening process is less involved, though some may benefit from greater girth. As lengthening surgery steals skin from other parts, widening surgery steals fat from other parts. The fat is then injected into the penis in order to expand it. Sometimes, the fat that is injected into the penis is reabsorbed into the body such that the surgery is completely negated. The process may cause the penis to change shape, as well. On occasion, tissue is obtained from corpses for purposes of increasing someone’s size, but this almost always leads to infection, and it should be avoided at all costs accordingly.

Cosmetics

Finally, there are less invasive ways of making your penis look bigger than it really is, and these are safer than anything else. First of all, you can lose weight. Excess weight can easily make a penis look smaller than it really is, and losing weight can increase confidence regardless of penis size. This phenomenon has become common enough to receive its own name from medical professionals. It is called buried penis syndrome, and it is quite a syndrome to have. Combining exercise with a healthy diet, you may enjoy a healthier body, more stamina for sex, and a longer penis as an added bonus. Most simply, consider shaving your pubes. This can also make your dick seem bigger than it is and arouse confidence.

18 Things I Want To Do Now That I'm 18

I'm technically an adult, so I'm legally required to live a little, right?

Happy Birthday Cake

For the entirety of my high school career, I was always seen as the goody-two-shoes. I never got in trouble with a teacher, I kept stellar grades, and when I wasn't doing extracurricular activities, I was at home studying. Even when I did go out, it was usually with a bunch of fellow band geeks. The night would end before 11:00 PM and the only controversial activity would be a fight based on who unfairly won a round of Apples-to-Apples when someone else clearly had a better card (I promise I'm not still holding a grudge).

Now that I'm officially an adult, I want to pursue some new things. I want to experience life in a way that I never allowed myself to do prior to entering college. These are the years that I'm supposed to embark on a journey of self-discovery, so what better way to do that than to create a bucket list?

I've been super busy lately with school work, studying, etc. Besides the fact that I do nothing but AP chemistry and AP economics, I constantly think of stupid questions that are almost impossible to answer. So, maybe you could answer them for me, and if not then we can both wonder what the answers to these 15 questions could be.
