Let’s face it- the single life can be rough. You’re torn between being independent and loving it or finding someone cute to love (who doesn’t have paws). It can be annoying when people ask why you’re single because you have no idea why! Whether you’re loving the single life or not, it can be a struggle at times. Usually, it’s due to people asking if you’re in a relationship or because you’re in love with someone who has no idea you walk this earth also. But not to worry! Watch “Adventure Time” and you can forget your worries! They too understand the single stress and here are some relatable reasons to watch “Adventure Time” and love being unattached.

1. Whose brain doesn't go stupid when near their crush?

2. You eventually come to terms with it...

3. Sweatpants are actually an effort now because society sets unreasonable standards on us, like putting on pants when you leave the house...

4. Thinking about why you're still single doesn't help your situation

5. But you realize, you don't need a guy, or a mirror, to know you've still got it

6. Since you're not tied down, you have room for lots of relationships

7. You belt out those lyrics in the car and feel empowered by your singleness!

8. You get excited when your crush knows your name, or almost...

9. Or you see no possibilities in a sea of other single people and sometimes have to say "lump off!"

10. But you always have the dream of that fantasy perfect someone

11. You also don't have to pretend you never eat, or eat prettily

12. Or that you prefer your S.O. to food

13. Of course, not everyone understands why you're still single so you're always thinking up new reasons because no one seems to understand that you don't care!

14. Unfortunately, flirting might not be your strong suit

15. It can be annoying when people wonder why you're single because, "you're so cute"

16. Being single also means more dance parties with friends!

17. Discovering someone you liked had a crush on you too, but now it's too late because they're with someone..

18. When your couple friends try to set you up because they feel the need to pair off the world like Noah did

19. Trying to find friends to hang out with until you realize they're all dating

20. If you're single for long enough, you enjoy it because you get good at it

21. Sometimes you swear off relationships for good and laugh when people mention marriage one day

22. You realize dressing up for yourself is rewarding

23. But sometimes you like to imagine your wedding...

24. Sure, it's easy to pity yourself...

25. But the thing is, nothing beats friendship- the one relationship you can always count on

New year, new semester, not the same old thing. This semester will be a semester to redeem all the mistakes made in the previous five months.

1. I will wake up (sorta) on time for class.

Let's face it, last semester you woke up with enough time to brush your teeth and get to class and even then you were about 10 minutes late and rollin' in with some pretty unfortunate bed head. This semester we will set our alarms, wake up with time to get ready, and get to class on time!

And so it begins.

1. Walk in motivated and ready to rock

Camping out at the library is not for the faint of heart. You need to go in as a warrior. You usually have brought supplies (laptop, chargers, and textbooks) and sustenance (water, snacks, and blanket/sweatpants) since the battle will be for an undetermined length of time. Perhaps it is one assignment or perhaps it's four. You are motivated and prepared; you don’t doubt the assignment(s) will take time, but you know it couldn’t be that long.

December... it's full of finals, due dates, Mariah Carey, and the holidays. It's the worst time of the year, but the best because after finals, you get to not think about classes for a month and catch up on all the sleep you lost throughout the semester. But what's worse than finals week is the last week of classes, when all the due dates you've put off can no longer be put off anymore.

Thanksgiving break is over and Christmas is just around the corner and that means, for most college students, one hellish thing — finals week. It's the one time of year in which the library becomes over populated and mental breakdowns are most frequent. There is no way to avoid it or a cure for the pain that it brings. I know every college student has daily thoughts throughout their day. Whether you're walking on campus or attending class, we always have thoughts running a mile a minute through our heads. We may be wondering why we even showed up to class because we'd rather be sleeping, or when the professor announces that we have a test and you have an immediate panic attack.
