How a Man Can Embrace His Sexual Side

But each person is different, so each man will embrace his sexual side in a different way. For men specifically, the ability to embrace their sexual side directly impacts the way in which they can perform in bed with their sexual partner. This, in turn, can dictate their own self-esteem and self-worth, as many men directly associate their sexual performance to these attributes.

So we've collated the top tips to help men embrace their more sexual side, so they can feel confident in bed, ultimately leading to better sexual performance.

1. Dress the part

Like the psychological benefits of dressing for success, a man should equally dress to embrace his sensual prowess as well! A great way to do this is to invest insexy mens' underwear, even if they don't have a date that night. Wearing underwear that makes you feel great will instantly transfer over into positive sexual energy—as well as impress your partner when you start stripping off in the bedroom!

2. Exercise regularly

Those who are active and fit tend to often be more in tune with their sexual side as well. This is largely a result of biological factors, in which endorphins trickle over into enhancing sexual energy. But further, than that, exercising can help enhance a man's sexual performance by increasing stamina and strength. When a man feels confident in bed, they are likely to better embrace their sexual side more often as well!

3. Assess any energy zappers

The level of energy a man feels can directly correlate to their ability to tap into their sexual side. The best way to increase energy levels is to first assess any potential energy zappers. This ranges from anything like the quality of sleep, diet and lifestyle choices. But equally, emotions largely dictate energy levels as well, so it is important for a man to be in tune with how they are feeling!

4. Talk the talk

Once of the best ways for a man to gain more confidence in embracing their sexual side is to actually talk about it! Talking about your sexual desires with your partner is an incredibly effective way to embrace your sexual side. Equally, talking to friends about it can help those who may feel more uncomfortable with it, as it will show they are not alone in these thoughts and feelings. And when in doubt, there are always therapists who are a safe third-party source to talk to. But no matter who you talk to, the act of talking about your sexual side is an especially important step that should not be neglected!

5. Groom down there

Like what you wear, grooming is equally important to make a man feel like they can embrace their sexual side. There is no one set way to groom down there—it truly is up to the individual! But setting aside time to really focus on that are will translate into subconsciously feeling more in tune with your sexual side throughout the day. It is equally a great way to impress your sexual partner and turn them on as well!

While it can feel strange or hard to embrace your sexual side at times, there is a range of tips and tricks to help you feel sexier and more desirable! Confidence is one of the most attractive things for a sexual partner, so embracing this part of yourself will help you further connect with them. From grooming yourself, investing in sexy underwear, staying healthy, and being open in the discussion on the topic, you will be in tune with your sexual side in no time!

We may be wondering why we even showed up to class because we'd rather be sleeping, or when the professor announces that we have a test and you have an immediate panic attack.

The Great Christmas Movie Debate

"A Christmas Story" is the star on top of the tree.

One staple of the Christmas season is sitting around the television watching a Christmas movie with family and friends. But of the seemingly hundreds of movies, which one is the star on the tree? Some share stories of Santa to children ("Santa Claus Is Coming to Town"), others want to spread the Christmas joy to adults ("It's a Wonderful Life"), and a select few are made to get laughs ("Elf"). All good movies, but merely ornaments on the Christmas tree of the best movies. What tops the tree is a movie that bridges the gap between these three movies, and makes it a great watch for anyone who chooses to watch it. Enter the timeless Christmas classic, "A Christmas Story." Created in 1983, this movie holds the tradition of capturing both young and old eyes for 24 straight hours on its Christmas Day marathon. It gets the most coverage out of all holiday movies, but the sheer amount of times it's on television does not make it the greatest. Why is it,
then? A Christmas Story does not try to tell the tale of a Christmas miracle or use Christmas magic to move the story. What it does do though is tell the real story of Christmas. It is relatable and brings out the unmatched excitement of children on Christmas in everyone who watches. Every one becomes a child again when they watch "A Christmas Story."

It’s here; that time of year when college students turn into preschoolers again. We cry for our mothers, eat everything in sight, and whine when we don’t get our way. It’s finals, the dreaded time of the semester when we all realize we should have been paying attention in class instead of literally doing anything else but that.
