Shonda Rhimes is not the hero we deserved, but the hero we needed.

She not only gave us a monumental show, but also blessed us with quite a few beautifully magnificent men. From dreamy to steamy, she has it all.

Thanks to Netflix, we too, can have it all.

She gave us love stories, she gave us heartbreaks, she gave us everything.

While re-watching Grey's for the umpteenth time – between crying spells – I decided I would put together a list of the men that Shonda Rhimes has blessed us with over the years.

Shonda Rhimes will go down in history as the woman who created "Grey's Anatomy." Everyone knows what Grey's is, no matter who they are. It's just that show. The show we love and loathe. It has it all. It has us all.

Without further ado, here are 11 Grey's Anatomy men to be thankful for:

1. Derek Shepherd.

Brb. Crying.

2. Alex Karev.

Karev is the bad boy that our parents tell us to avoid in high school. Yet, we just don't know how, because beyond that rugged exterior is a sensitive teddy bear.

3. Mark Sloan.

McSteamy. Brb. Crying again.

4. Jackson Avery.

I mean, what else do you need to know? Look at those eyes! Be careful though, don't get lost.

5. Owen Hunt.

He just wants to have kids, man. He just wants a family, and I love him. The end.

6. Denny.

As I wrote this, I was crying because of Denny.

7. Ben Warren.

Ben Warren is the show's husband figure. He is just great.

8. Andrew Deluca.

I don't need to say anything else. Just look at the picture.

9. Nathan Riggs.

He came out of nowhere, and stole our hearts.

10. Richard Webber.

Richard Webber is like the dad who fights his own demons, but always knows exactly what to say.

11. George O'Malley.

I can't.

So, there you have it. Some broke our hearts. Some lived to fix them. They all impacted us in some way.

If you've never watched "Greys Anatomy," I suggest you begin.

I won't go into detail, but the men are the least thing to be thankful for from Grey's Anatomy. It is heartfelt, heartbreaking, and just down right incredible. Shonda Rhimes deserves all the awards.

As college students, we are all familiar with the horror show that is course registration week. Whether you are an incoming freshman or selecting classes for your last semester, I am certain that you can relate to how traumatic this can be.

1. When course schedules are released and you have a conflict between two required classes.

Bonus points if it is more than two.

Raising the minimum wage to a livable wage would not only benefit workers and their families, it would also have positive impacts on the economy and society. Studies have shown that by increasing the minimum wage, poverty and inequality can be reduced by enabling workers to meet their basic needs and reducing income disparities.

I come from a low-income family. A family, like many others in the United States, which has lived paycheck to paycheck. My family and other families in my community have been trying to make ends meet by living on the minimum wage. We are proof that it doesn't work.

As an English Major in college, I have a lot of writing and especially creative writing pieces that I work on throughout the semester and sometimes, I'll find it hard to get the motivation to type a few pages and the thought process that goes behind it. These are eleven thoughts that I have as a writer while writing my stories.

April Ludgate

Every college student knows and understands the struggle of forcing themselves to continue to care about school. Between the piles of homework, the hours of studying and the painfully long lectures, the desire to dropout is something that is constantly weighing on each and every one of us, but the glimmer of hope at the end of the tunnel helps to keep us motivated. While we are somehow managing to stay enrolled and (semi) alert, that does not mean that our inner-demons aren't telling us otherwise, and who is better to explain inner-demons than the beloved April Ludgate herself? Because of her dark-spirit and lack of filter, April has successfully been able to describe the emotional roller-coaster that is college on at least 13 different occasions and here they are.
