Houston-based rapper Megan Thee Stallion has risen to stardom in 2020, and with show-stopping award show performances and the debut of her first album "Good News," she is unstoppable. At only 25 years old, Megan has topped the charts, especially with hits like Savage, Girls in the Hood and WAP, and worked with the most respected celebrities like Beyonce and Cardi B.
And on top of this overwhelming success and fame, Megan has been taking part-time classes to obtain her bachelor's degree from Texas Southern University. According to People's Magazine, she is finishing school to make her mother proud.
A student herself, Megan wants to emphasize the importance of education, and wants to help women of color like herself achieve this education. The Don't Stop Scholarship is "awarding 2 $10,000 scholarships to women of color that are pursuing an associates, bachelors or postgraduate degree in any field of study," according to Megan's Instagram post.
"Let's get those degrees ladies," Megan said in her caption.
