There are so many different recipes that will be carried out for the Thanksgiving holiday. However, a personal best would have to be homemade banana pudding, which is prepared every year by a member within my family. These are the steps to achieving the best banana pudding that has ever been created:
Ingredients:
6 bananas
2 boxes of vanilla wafers
An aluminum pan (size depends on feeding amount)
Evaporated milk
Eggs
Sugar
1. Place the vanilla wafers and bananas in the aluminum pan in a stack like figure with rows and columns.
2. Warm up the milk on the stove and place the sugar in the milk. Place as much sugar in the milk as you would like, the sweetness is up to you.
3. Separate the yolk from the yellow in the egg. Then, beat the yellow portion in a circular motion. Mix this in the milk.
4. Pour the concocted mixture of milk and the yellow portion of the egg into the aluminum pan.
5. Place the pan in the oven for about 5 minutes. Wait until the wafers are brown on the top to take it out of the oven.
6. Take out the banana pudding and dig in!
