Happy holidays from me and my roommates to you and yours! To get into the festive spirit my roommates have been happily letting me force them into making decorations to turn our living room into a winter wonderland. With finals just around the corner, adding some holiday activities into your day may help you destress and spend some much needed time just hanging out with your friends.

1. Make 3D paper snowflakes.

These are just really cool and easy to make all you need is some computer paper and some tape.

2. Decorate a Christmas tree.

You can even make your own ornaments.

3. Decorate stockings.

Quick, easy, and super festive.

4. Make a tree out of lights on the wall.

All you need are lights and tape or some push pins.

5. Go caroling at your friend's house.

Think of all the great Snapchat story content you'll be making.

6. Take a trip to Target.

The holiday decor mecca.

7. Make hot chocolate.

"Here we only got one rule, never ever let it cool."

8. Bake and decorate cookies

You can even make this into a "friendly" competition.

9. Make a holiday card.

Get all cute and dressed up and snap a picture to send to your friends and family at home!

10. Go see the holiday decorations in town.

All of the lights will get you right in the holiday spirit.

11. Go ice skating.

Put on your rental skates and watch all of the kids skate lady around you!

12. Host an ugly sweater party.

The best time to wear a striped holiday party is all the time.

13. Have a festive movie night.

"Buddy the elf, what's your favorite color?"

14. Participate in a secret Santa.

$10 goes a long way.

15. Volunteer locally.

You can make holiday cards to donate to a hospital to spread your holiday cheer with others.

The holiday season is especially stressful for college students considering it brings about the end of the semester and finals. Taking a much-needed break to bring some holiday happiness into your day will for sure reduce your stress. If you don't have time to do everything on this list, just remember the best way to spread holiday cheer is singing loud for all to hear!

18 Things I Want To Do Now That I'm 18

I'm technically an adult, so I'm legally required to live a little, right?

For the entirety of my high school career, I was always seen as the goody-two-shoes. I never got in trouble with a teacher, I kept stellar grades, and when I wasn't doing extracurricular activities, I was at home studying. Even when I did go out, it was usually with a bunch of fellow band geeks. The night would end before 11:00 PM and the only controversial activity would be a fight based on who unfairly won a round of Apples-to-Apples when someone else clearly had a better card (I promise I'm not still holding a grudge).

Now that I'm officially an adult, I want to pursue some new things. I want to experience life in a way that I never allowed myself to do prior to entering college. These are the years that I'm supposed to embark on a journey of self-discovery, so what better way to do that than to create a bucket list?

I've been super busy lately with school work, studying, etc. Besides the fact that I do nothing but AP chemistry and AP economics, I constantly think of stupid questions that are almost impossible to answer. So, maybe you could answer them for me, and if not then we can both wonder what the answers to these 15 questions could be.
