I love working my hamstrings! They can be a harder muscle to target, but when you do you'll feel it and see results. These are 6 exercises I love for hitting my hamstrings, but they also burn your booty. When you do these exercises, try not to let your glute muscles completely take over. For many, your hamstrings won't be super strong. That's ok! Focus on that muscle group, even if you're struggling. You won't get stronger if your glutes, a powerful muscle, is always the main muscle group working.
