Dear Hillary,

I am writing this out of hate, worry and fear. Unlike many people, I actually understand politics and would never even think to vote for you just because we are identified as the same sex or just because you would be the first female president. In fact, I would be disgusted by calling you the first female president or the Commander-in-Chief of this wonderful country.

In the third presidential debate, you stated that you will defend women's rights and that you will go to the end to defend Roe v. Wade. So Hillary, you're going to defend women's rights for a partial birth abortion? Please tell me that you're kidding. For those of you who don't know, please let me educate you. A partial birth abortion is a procedure in which the baby is pulled out of the womb and into the birth canal, feet first, purposely lodging the head into the cervix. Then, the baby's skull is punctured and a catheter is inserted to remove the baby's brain with a powerful suction, causing the skull to collapse resulting in the death of the baby. This is murder!

Also during the debate, you stated, "I support the Second Amendment and respect gun ownership, but I believe there can be and must be reasonable regulation. I think we need comprehensive background checks and to close loopholes." Stop lying, Hillary! You don't support the Second Amendment and you would try abolishing it in a heartbeat.

Hillary, you said within in your first 100 days you're going to offer a package to illegal immigrants; the right to citizenship. How? Having an open border is only going to allow illegal immigrants into our country to take away the jobs of our legal citizens and increase drug inflow. "I don't want to see the deportation force that Donald has talked about." How can you allow people to go undocumented? In 2006, you wanted and fought for the wall. What happened?

How do 30,000 emails get deleted off a private server "by accident"? Please explain this without lying. You're a criminal.

How did you let four American soldiers in Benghazi perish when they called out for help several times and you knew that they were in trouble? I'm petrified at the thought of you being Commander-in-Chief.

What about the rapist you defended in 1975? He raped a 12-year-old girl and he was guilty. He faced 30 years to life in prison and you negotiated a plea deal that sentenced him to just one year in county jail and four years probation. Unbelievable.

Hillary, the list goes on and on and on. You are a liar, you are a cheat and you are evil. You have no right to be the first female president and I sincerely hope that you lose this election in a landslide for the safety and well-being of this country. If not, our country is in trouble because you will turn your back on us.

Today I started my third week of college at Minnesota State Moorhead. I have survived welcome week, finding my classes on the first day, and being an awkward loner in the dining hall. Even though I have yet to be here for a month, I have already experienced many thoughts and problems that only a new college student can relate to.

"Make sure to get involved when you're in college!"

We've all heard some variation of this phrase, whether it came from parents, other family members, friends, RAs, or college-related articles. And, like many clichés, it's true for the most part. Getting involved during your college years can help you make friends, build your resume, and feel connected to your campus. However, these commitments can get stressful if you're dealing with personal issues, need to work, or aren't sure how to balance classes and everything else going on during the semester.

In college, one of the essential things to have is friends. Yes, textbooks, a laptop, and other school supplies are important but friends are essential. Friends are that support system everybody needs. The more friends you have the better the support system you have. But you also have someone to share experiences with. And don’t settle for just one or two friends because 8 out of 10 times they are busy and you are studying all alone. Or they have other friend groups that do not include you. Don’t settle for just one or two friends; make as many friends as you can. After the first couple of weeks of college, most friend groups are set and you may be without friends.

For a moment your world is spinning. The phone alarm has just scared you awake and you’re flooded by daunting thoughts of the day ahead. Finals week is upon us. It is a magical time of year during which college students everywhere flock to the library in attempt to learn a semester's worth of knowledge in only a week. For some students, it's their first time in the library all semester, maybe ever. Others have slaved away many nights under the fluorescent lights, and are slightly annoyed to find their study space being invaded by amateurs. While these newbies wander aimlessly around the first floor, hopelessly trying to find a table, the OGs of the library are already on the third floor long tables deep into their studies.
