Tis the season for your friends to take you to haunted houses, and beg you to watch scary movies. Sometimes the spooky side of Halloween isn't for everyone. It's time to search through Netflix and your DVR for some laugh out loud Halloween specials.

Bob's Burgers

Bob Burger's will keep you cackling over punny jokes made for Halloween enthusiast. From Hawaiian Frankenstein to Dr. Bobbenstein, you will laugh quirky costume choices that may inspire a last minute costume choice. Tune in for the newest Halloween special that Bob Burger's will deliver to fans this season.

The Office

The Office is excellent at giving comical material for viewers to treasure for many years to come. We will always remember when Dwight wore a pumpkin to work and the many dry humored costume ideas of Jim Halpert. Sometimes we wish our own boss loved Halloween as much as Michael Scott.

The Simpsons

The legacy of the Treehouse of Horror episodes continues on as The Simpsons are currently running their 28th season. There are many nostalgia scenes from past specials that could make us flash back to the 90's, but even today the show keeps their humor fresh and original for all viewers to indulge in. Stay tuned for another Treehouse of Horror episode!

That's 70's Show

Before Laura Prepon wore an orange jumpsuit for her role as Alex Vause, she was playing a teenager alongside Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis on That 70's Show. Viewers can enjoy Kitty's homage to Hitchcock and Fez's Rocky Horror attire. The Halloween special even added an organ to the show's theme song to get in the spirit of Halloween. Although cast members have since moved on to other projects, one of our favorite memories will be when they took Fez trick-or-treating.

New Girl

Nick Miller's screaming match with a clown is on of the reasons why New Girl is a must watch for Halloween specials. Viewers will also love this episode for its humorous take on relationship struggles and the headbutts and punches characters receive. A new Halloween special will most likely be in store for season 6.

Parks and Recreation

April Ludgate may possibly be the epitome of Wednesday Adams in many of the Parks and Recreation's Halloween episodes. Andy Dwyer's detective work will have viewers curled over laughing. A certain PSA about candy safety will also have you wondering if you're getting abs from laughing. Make sure you don't eat Halloween candy when characters get into their costumes because you may choke.

How I Met Your Mother

Memorable episodes of How I Met Your Mother would obviously involve the Slutty Pumpkin. Both Halloween specials of Ted searching for her, and then later meeting her in later seasons is what fans loved about the shows concept. We also can't the funny yet adorable couple costumes Lily Aldrin and Marshall Eriksen wore. Barney Stinson's quick costume changes also support amusing jokes and give a new meaning to suiting up.

New year, new semester, not the same old thing. This semester will be a semester to redeem all the mistakes made in the previous five months.

1. I will wake up (sorta) on time for class.

Let's face it, last semester you woke up with enough time to brush your teeth and get to class and even then you were about 10 minutes late and rollin' in with some pretty unfortunate bed head. This semester we will set our alarms, wake up with time to get ready, and get to class on time!

And so it begins.

1. Walk in motivated and ready to rock

Camping out at the library is not for the faint of heart. You need to go in as a warrior. You usually have brought supplies (laptop, chargers, and textbooks) and sustenance (water, snacks, and blanket/sweatpants) since the battle will be for an undetermined length of time. Perhaps it is one assignment or perhaps it's four. You are motivated and prepared; you don’t doubt the assignment(s) will take time, but you know it couldn’t be that long.
