First things first, as a high school senior and in the class of 2020, I am going through it as well.

Everyone's high school career seems to be a rollercoaster. It is a slow incline of weeks, but a fast downhill slide when the months begin to fly by.

All of the hard work and constant dedication over the years is for the moment when you have finally reached the top. Senior year is what makes everything worth it.

The year in and of itself is full of emotions doing everything for the last time such as games, dances, and just simply walking down the halls once more. Crazy to think of never being able to get that "last time."

The class of 2020 is experiencing the unimaginable.

Personally, on March 13, I went to school just like any other day. We were planning for our senior prom which was in a couple of weeks to come. That was the only thing that was on everyone's' minds.

What we didn't know is that we should've been saying our goodbyes, because that was our last day of high school ever.

It feels as though we have been running the same race for years and see the finish line, but are never able to cross it.

'Senioritis' is very real and active throughout the senior class during the second semester, but now we all are just praying every night to be able to get one more day of it.

If we don't, all of the teachers, peers, and the building that has shaped us into the people we have become will be left without a word.

I have always been told that it will all be worth it in the end.

When I walk across the stage and hold my diploma in my hand, I will sigh in relief to validate the fact that everything I have done throughout the years has had a purpose.

To think that I have constantly pushed myself to reach the top, and an unimaginable global pandemic is ripping all of it away absolutely shatters my heart.

I should be at the top of the rollercoaster at the highest point in my high school career. I should be rushing through that finish line screaming, "I did it, mom!" I should be able to have the finale that everyone dreams about.

I deserve a senior prom. I deserve a senior night. I deserve a senior graduation.

I deserve this and so does every member in the class of 2020.

Now that Halloween is over, it's time to focus on the Holiday Season. Don't get me wrong, I think Thanksgiving is great and can't wait for it, but nothing gives me greater joy than watching Freeform's 25 Days of Christmas, lighting peppermint scented candles, decking the halls, and baking gingerbread cookies. So while we approach the greatest time of the year, let's watch the 15 best Christmas movies of all time.

6 Signs You Are An English Major

There are various stereotypes about college students, most of which revolve around the concept of your major. Unfortunately, we often let stereotypes precede our own judgments, and we take what information is immediately available to us rather than forming our own opinions after considerable reflection. If I got a dollar for every time my friends have made a joke about my major I could pay my tuition. One stereotype on campus is the sensitive, overly critical and rigid English major. Here are six telltale signs you are one of them.

27 Things 'The Office' Has Taught Us

"The Office" is a mockumentary based on everyday office life featuring love triangles, silly pranks and everything in between. It can get pretty crazy for just an average day at the office.

When you were little, your parents probably told you television makes your brain rot so you wouldn't watch it for twelve straight hours. However, I feel we can learn some pretty valuable stuff from television shows. "The Office," while a comedy, has some pretty teachable moments thrown in there. You may not know how to react in a situation where a co-worker does something crazy (like put your office supplies in jello) but thanks to "The Office," now you'll have an idea how to behave ifsomething like that should happen.

Here are just a few of the things that religious Office watchers can expect to learn.

Being pre-med is quite a journey. It’s not easy juggling school work, extracurricular activities, volunteering, shadowing, research, and MCAT prep all at the same time. One Book Made Me Question Existence In Its Entirety

"The Stranger" by Albert Campus touches upon many heavy elements... but not in the way you expect. Although it touches upon the aspects of death and love, it also deals with a hidden philosophy similar to that of nihilism.

The story follows the short life events of Meursault, a Frenchman whose carelessness for his actions eventually ends him in jail and dependent on a jury of people to judge the ethicality of his decision and the punishment that he deserves. He eventually gets the death penalty and all throughout he is nonchalant and almost apathetic towards his situation. He finally snaps when the prison sends a priest to him to absolve him of his sins and to cajole him in confessing to the lord.
