Disney music may not be for everyone, but for me, Disney speaks to my soul. Most importantly Troy and Gabriella's voices. One of my all-time favorite Disney movies is the third and final "High School Musical" movie. "High School Musical 3" is the end of every high schooler's journey, but with music. Embedded within each song, however, is an emotion that speaks to anyone's souls. They are catchy and my go-to for almost any emotion I am feeling. There is an emotion I feel when listening specifically to these nine songs, maybe you can agree.

1. Happy

"High School Musical" by Cast

This song is filled with up beats and talk about a future beyond High school musical and all it has accomplished. In the movie, the choreography consists of human rollercoasters, tossing of caps, and poppin' and lockin'. It is the perfect celebration song for any occasion or rocking that good mood.

2. Sad

"Walk Away" by Gabriella

Gabriella is leaving Troy (tear) in this song to go follow her dreams. It is the perfect break up song or flat-out sad feelings kind of song.

3. Angry

"Scream" by Troy

This is my all-time favorite song from this movie. It is the perfect song to listen to when you are angry or frustrated about something. It is High School Musical's version of a rager. The scream at the end is the best therapy when you are angry.

4. Stressed

"Now or Never" by Cast

This song is the opening scene of the movie and a true nail-biter. everyone is tired and stressed ready to end out their season, but not without the win. If I am feeling stressed this song pushes me through to accomplish what I need to and come out feeling like a winner in the end.

5. Greedy

"I Want It All" by Ryan and Sharpay

This gif couldn't speak louder for this song. This is the song when you walk into a store (like for me Target) and you really just want to buy it all with the money you don't have.

6. Nostalgia

"Right here, Right now" by Troy and Gabriella

This is the perfect go-to moment when just like Troy and Gabriella, you want to stay in the moment forever. Maybe life is moving too fast for you, well this is the great song to remind you to slow and down and reminisce about the past.

7. Love

"Can I Have This Dance" by Troy and Gabriella

It is every girl's dream to share a kiss in the rain while dancing with Troy or for Troy and Gabriella. This song gives me the happy butterflies in my stomach when you just want the ending to be just as happy as the song makes relationships seem.

8. Friendship

"Boys are Back" by Troy and Chad

The all-time best dynamic duo. If only I could have the imagination they had as both grown adults and children in this song. I recommend jamming to this song with your BFF ridding in the front seat on your way to a killer adventure.

9.Excitement

"A Night to Remember" by Cast

This is what I dream prom would be like, and boy was mine a let down compared to this song. This is the perfect song to jam to the next big thing about to happen in your life or you just got the grades you were hoping. A song to remind you the good times.

As college students, we are all familiar with the horror show that is course registration week. Whether you are an incoming freshman or selecting classes for your last semester, I am certain that you can relate to how traumatic this can be.

1. When course schedules are released and you have a conflict between two required classes.

Bonus points if it is more than two.

Raising the minimum wage to a livable wage would not only benefit workers and their families, it would also have positive impacts on the economy and society. Studies have shown that by increasing the minimum wage, poverty and inequality can be reduced by enabling workers to meet their basic needs and reducing income disparities.

I come from a low-income family. A family, like many others in the United States, which has lived paycheck to paycheck. My family and other families in my community have been trying to make ends meet by living on the minimum wage. We are proof that it doesn't work.

April Ludgate

Every college student knows and understands the struggle of forcing themselves to continue to care about school. Between the piles of homework, the hours of studying and the painfully long lectures, the desire to dropout is something that is constantly weighing on each and every one of us, but the glimmer of hope at the end of the tunnel helps to keep us motivated. While we are somehow managing to stay enrolled and (semi) alert, that does not mean that our inner-demons aren't telling us otherwise, and who is better to explain inner-demons than the beloved April Ludgate herself? Because of her dark-spirit and lack of filter, April has successfully been able to describe the emotional roller-coaster that is college on at least 13 different occasions and here they are.
