Esraa Ezim is one of the women behind the PR of Beauty Campaign and a CUNY City College alum. She talks about the challenges and accomplishments she's experienced being a young muslim woman who wears a hijab and works for CoverGirl. She also shares her journey with make up. Finally, she emphasizes the significant change that can happen when Muslim women attain powerful positions within any industry.

Note: At approximately 4:07 minutes, Esraa mentions Nura Afia. Nura is CoverGirl’s first ambassador to wear a hijab.
