Here's Why I Dislike Both Trump And Clinton
The odyssey

So if you haven't been sucked into the parasitical election that is casting a shadow on America, then I envy you and would like to apply for whatever life you currently have. No, actually, I'm glad the election is getting this much publicity because it's every Americans right to vote as will I. However the publicity that is surrounding the election feels more like high school gossip then actual coverage of intended policy. It's harmfully frightening that more Americans know personal and irrelevant information about the candidates than actual specifics on the intentions and plans that the candidates have. At this point, the average American voter is voting for personal appeal rather then what they believe the president will do. This is just my belief of course.

The fact that the majority of the country despises both candidates represents a serious problem. Myself included thinks that both candidates are not the best choices for president. You're telling me, that out of all the people you have in your political parties, these two are the ones you came up with. So either we vote for the lesser of the two evils or we vote for a third party candidate. All in all, here is what I find rather unappealing from both Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton. Make your own judgements and I will try to remain ambiguous in order to preserve the rest of my opinion and views.

Hillary Clinton:

1. The Clinton Foundation

Is it not apparent that she used her foundation as a "Pay to Play" system.

2. Her Failure In Benghazi

Yes, it was in the past, however this is extremely relevant information that characterizes her character and the type of president she will be, let alone her care for American lives.

3. Her Avoidance Of Charges

Consider Nixon's crimes and the repercussions and weigh them out with Clintons. Case closed.

4. The Baggage

With Hillary Clinton in office, you better be damn sure that Bill's enemies will now become hers.

5. Her Unfathomable Lies

How is it even possible to lie so many times and get caught so many times and still believe it's morally and socially permissible to just continue on with the lies.

6. Her Countless Scandals

It's rumored that Hillary actually has "corruption" engraved on her heart. I would not be the slightest bit surprised. If you haven't seen the evidence proving her undeniable affiliation with harsh political corruption then you may have to do a little more research. Frankly, I find it hard for the vast majority of America to trust Clinton.

Donald Trump:

1. His Words

His public speaking and the way he chooses to communicate are flawed and his choice of words often seems jumbled.

2. The Wall

It's pretty unrealistic and the fact that is a main point in his political campaign frightens me.

3. Tax Returns

It is apparent that Trump had some negative motive for not releasing his tax returns.

4. His Actions Toward Non-White Males

It wouldn't take a rocket scientist to realize that this man has some judgement issues and a fragment realization of his peers.

5. Business Man

Just because all the mechanics in town are (insert negative word here) doesn't mean I am going to hire a hair dresser to fix my car. Boom mind blown.

6. His Lack of Self Control.

It's obvious from the debates that his lack of self control is vivid. It's not clear as to the boundaries he possess and it would get himself and us into trouble.

6 Signs You Are An English Major

There are various stereotypes about college students, most of which revolve around the concept of your major. Unfortunately, we often let stereotypes precede our own judgments, and we take what information is immediately available to us rather than forming our own opinions after considerable reflection. If I got a dollar for every time my friends have made a joke about my major I could pay my tuition. One stereotype on campus is the sensitive, overly critical and rigid English major. Here are six telltale signs you are one of them.

27 Things 'The Office' Has Taught Us

"The Office" is a mockumentary based on everyday office life featuring love triangles, silly pranks and everything in between. It can get pretty crazy for just an average day at the office.

When you were little, your parents probably told you television makes your brain rot so you wouldn't watch it for twelve straight hours. However, I feel we can learn some pretty valuable stuff from television shows. "The Office," while a comedy, has some pretty teachable moments thrown in there. You may not know how to react in a situation where a co-worker does something crazy (like put your office supplies in jello) but thanks to "The Office," now you'll have an idea how to behave ifsomething like that should happen.

Here are just a few of the things that religious Office watchers can expect to learn.

Being pre-med is quite a journey. It’s not easy juggling school work, extracurricular activities, volunteering, shadowing, research, and MCAT prep all at the same time. High School And College Sucked All Of The Fun Out Of Reading

Books were always about understanding for me, about learning the way someone else sees, about connection.

High School And College Sucked All Of The Fun Out Of Reading

I keep making this joke whenever the idea of books is brought up: "God, I wish I knew how to read." It runs parallel to another stupid phrase, as I watch my friends struggle through their calculus classes late at night in our floor lounge: "I hope this is the year that I learn to count." They're both truly idiotic expressions, but, when I consider the former, I sometimes wonder if there's some truth to it.

One Book Made Me Question Existence In Its Entirety

"The Stranger" by Albert Campus touches upon many heavy elements... but not in the way you expect. Although it touches upon the aspects of death and love, it also deals with a hidden philosophy similar to that of nihilism.

The story follows the short life events of Meursault, a Frenchman whose carelessness for his actions eventually ends him in jail and dependent on a jury of people to judge the ethicality of his decision and the punishment that he deserves. He eventually gets the death penalty and all throughout he is nonchalant and almost apathetic towards his situation. He finally snaps when the prison sends a priest to him to absolve him of his sins and to cajole him in confessing to the lord.
