Here’s to calling a new place home

Here’s to the people that got me through

Here’s to my big, I couldn’t have made it without you

Here’s to all the new sisters and new friends

Here’s to living for the weekend

Here’s to surviving on my own

Here’s to a few crying phone calls to home

Here’s to living in a dorm and constantly being sick

Here’s to the roommate that didn’t make me tick

Here’s to microwave meals and fire alarms

Here’s to surviving without serious harm

Here’s to the professors that I love

Here’s to growing up just some

Here’s to me and here’s to you, my fellow freshmen

Here’s to making it to the year’s end

Ah, yes, good old Hauppauge. We are that town in the dead center of Long Island that barely anyone knows how to pronounce unless they're from the town itself or live in a nearby area. Hauppauge is home to people of all kinds. We always have new families joining the community but honestly, the majority of the town is filled with people who never leave (high school alumni) and elders who have raised their kids here. Around the town, there are some just some landmarks and places that only the people of Hauppauge will ever understand the importance or even the annoyance of.
