These are some of my favorite memes and funny pictures. Even on my darkest days these will always make me chuckle. And I think that since college has picked up again for everyone, somebody out there needs a few smiles.

1.

The moral of the story kids, is to just never go touring. Because you never know when a lion will jump out and kill you. Africa, India, Sweden...

2.

I heard somewhere that sarcasm actually started from the Viking tribes centuries ago. I think that we all know which Viking it was...

3.

High collars always add mystery to your appearance, so if you ever want to get a job, just flip your collar up and be awesome like Sherlock. The cases will just show up at your door... ;)

4.

At first I couldn't find the ninja either... But that is so true, isn't it?

5.

And yet, he himself looks like a minature Bob the Builder... Keep going kid! Architecture and construction is in your future!

6.

I would be the one accidentally shooting my own teammates.

7.

This, simplified, is the premise for almost all the older Disney princesses movies: Cinderella, Snow White, Sleeping Beauty... The guy only sees the girl a few times (or gets the wrong idea of her like The Little Mermaid) and he loves her and marries her in the end.

8.

Anyone heard of the fandom "The Big Four" with Jack Frost from Rise of the Guardians, Hiccup Haddock from How To Train Your Dragon, Merida from Brave, and Rapunzel from Tangled? Recently they've added Elsa and sometimes Anna, which only adds to the wonder of it. :)

9.

*British accent, Benedict Cumberbatch a.k.a. Sherlock Holmes*. The process of elimination John."

10.

SAVAGE

11.

This scene and episode was brilliant, but nothing like the last episode of season 4! Don't worry, no spoilers. But I bet that Sherlock could kill you in his mind and you would almost die in real life.

12.

That was the worst moment in BBC history when we all thought we was dead and then when we all knew he was alive! We all collectively hated and loved him.

13.

Challenge accepted and completed. *sassy head side bob* "

That still only counts as one!"

14.

Just like the old nursery rhymns...

15.

16.

17.

Hehehehehe! Ornery little tikes!

18.

BAHAHAHA! That is a great sign and all but I can't help but picture a herd of wildebeasts suddenly stampeding through the city of Wichita, and that is just hilarious!

19.

This does NOT make me laugh or even chuckle, but the extreme levels of stupidity give me the same baffling feeling.

20.

21.

Parenting goals. :P

22.

Those silly PK's, what a life they lived! They had a second home right down the the road at the church with tons of rooms to play hide and seek in, tons of pot lucks, and baptisms in the back yard, lol, but it's really not all that.

23.

24.

Well, that sport is more intense than laser tag, that's true... Though the archery dodgeball game looks infinity levels more boss than this!

25.

But don't worry! The spider will die in the fire and then we'll all be ok! *chirp chirp, chirp chirp*.

26.

27.

28.

When I grow up I want to become this cat!

29.

This kid is dropping some serious truth bombs.

30.

Those are legit regrets right there... I believe Frodo and Sam are already on their own out there, so not all has been lost, because that means he has only lost Merry and Pippin.

girl with a hat

This is for the girls who have dealt with an emotionally, mentally, physically or verbally abusive father.

The ones who have grown up with a false lens of what love is and how relationships should be. The ones who have cried themselves to sleep wondering why he hurts you and your family so much. This is for all the girls who fall in love with broken boys that carry baggage bigger than their own, thinking it's their job to heal them because you watched your mother do the same.

Blair Waldorf Quote
"DESTINY IS FOR LOSERS. IT'S JUST A STUPID EXCUSE TO WAIT FOR THINGS TO HAPPEN INSTEAD OF MAKING THEM HAPPEN." - BLAIR WALDORF.

The world stopped in 2012 when our beloved show "Gossip Girl" ended. For six straight years, we would all tune in every Monday at 9:00 p.m. to see Upper Eastside royalty in the form of a Burberry headband clad Blair Waldorf. Blair was the big sister that we all loved to hate. How could we ever forget the epic showdowns between her and her frenemy Serena Van Der Woodsen? Or the time she banished Georgina Sparks to a Christian summer camp? How about that time when she and her girls took down Bart Bass? Blair is life. She's taught us how to dress, how to be ambitious, and most importantly, how to throw the perfect shade.

too tired to care

We've all been there. From move-in day to the first finals week in college, your first term is an adventure from start to finish. In honor of college decisions coming out recently, I want to recap some of the most common experiences college freshmen experience.

1. The awkward hellos on move-in day.

You're moving your stuff onto your floor, and you will encounter people you don't know yet in the hallway. They live on your floor, so you'll awkwardly smile and maybe introduce yourself. As you walk away, you will wonder if they will ever speak to you again, but don't worry, there's a good chance that you will make some great friends on your floor!

Recently I completed my freshman year of college, and boy, what an experience. It was a completely new learning environment and I can't believe how much I learned. In an effort to save time, here are the ten biggest lessons I learned from my first year of college.

1. Everyone is in the same boat

For me, the scariest part of starting school was that I was alone, that I wouldn't be able to make any friends and that I would stick out. Despite being told time and time again that everyone had these same feelings, it didn't really click until the first day when I saw all the other freshman looking as uneasy and uncomfortable as me. Therefore, I cannot stress this enough, everyone is feeling as nervous as you.
